The poached egg, avocado on sourdough is excellent. Unfortunately, it has chilli in it, which I'm not supposed to eat. It really doesn't need it. IT'S NOT MENTIONED ON THE MENU. Otherwise, excellent.Parking: Multistorey

Had a lovely breakfast service was excellent, staff very efficient and friendly would highly recommend a very lovely atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Going on my experience my Granchildren were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed there baby chino and breakfast nothing was to much trouble excellent.

Stopped for a drink. Coffees teas and milkshakes were consumed and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were marvellous,accommodating 6 and a pushchair. Only smiles and help. Unfortunately we weren't eating but will be back as other people's meals looked delicious.

We had a delicious breakfast at this lovely cafe in a park just behind the bustling centre of Chichester. The sausage and bacon sandwiches were excellent and the hash browns were cooked to perfection. Friendly service, impeccable clean and good value for the location

Great trip to even on cloudy rainy day felt like sitting in. Grabbed a takeaway instead tea and bacon gran to go. Friendly Robin bobbing about.
