Service slow, dine in area untidy, bins overflowing, so empties left on the tables. No one seemed to be dedicated to clearing

Very busy Quedgeley for 15 minutes. Only 2 staff running it.

Disappointing! Popped in to get a Vegan Breakfast SausageBap and the were not available. Only 9:20am, so find it hard to believe they had sold out! Just hadn't cooked many/any. On previous visits, it seems that larger batches of pizzas/pasties have been cooked earlier in the day - and by mid-afternoon are stone cold. It would be great if smaller batches of pizzas/pasties could be cooked throughout the day, so the food is HOT no matter what time you visit.

Decent service but bins overflowing and all the tables and floor were really dirty and covered in

Great choices and good prices. Lovely food too.

We queued from just inside the door and service was good, so didn’t wait long. Coffee was nice, as expected, but pizza slices were cold. Very little on the shelves, especially in the sandwiches fridge, which was poor for 12:30pm. The tables desperately needed to be cleaned and under the tables was disgusting, rubbish, crumbs, spilt drinks etc everywhere. If I had noticed this before being served and it wasn’t for the torrential rain outside I wouldn’t have opted to eat in.A group of three youths came in to eat their lunch, not from Greggs, and the language was quite something. Seen by staff members but not spoken too or dealt with. I think this was quite intimidating for an elderly couple nearby.I love a coffee in Greggs whilst doing my shopping by definitely will not return to this one.

My partner and i cued for ages to get served , eventually got served to told hot food in cabinet is not that hot cant reheat it and only hot when it comes out .took a chance pizza and corned beef pie cold , be honest the whole place was in a terrible state ,run out of milk told the girl still no joy. As for the toilet out of order only disabled open and that was discusting. Our first and last time to ever use Greggs was so looking forward to it.

The Hash browns are very rubbery. Apart from that I like Greggs. I would also state that they need more staff as huge queues are likely here.

Well done to Greg's, all round ?.

Dirty tables, bins full, and nothing much left to eat but it was last thing on a Sunday afternoon so I've given it 1 star more than it deserved. The food & drink available was fine.

Great place for sausage rolls

Utterly terrible service today 29/7 - asked for a sausage roll and ended up with literally a sausage roll ,not a breakfast sausage roll, staff member should had clarified what I wanted , I didn’t say anything , and ended up with this disgusting sausage roll that was stone cold and hard! I let it go about being given the incorrect product but the fact it was cold wasn’t good, I tried to inform a staff member, but they weren’t interested , and walked off, so disappointing today and a waste of money , usually ok , it’s a shame

Greggs Chichester 0900 3/8/23. 1 male member of staff on the tills. Long queues. Dirty tables. Milk jug empty. 1 female member of staff walking around not helping the maleMember of staff at all. She does not seem interested in the job at all.
