Had one of our best meals ever from here tonight. The food was fresh, hot and just delicious.

Either changed chief or owners because it’s gone right down hill shame as it was my regular Chinese not anymore!!

We rang our usual favourite Chinese takeaway (no.11) tonight and they had an hour and a half wait even for collection (because they’re so good). My greedy, hungry self wanted it a bit quicker so I thought I’d pick up from somewhere else this time and put my order in earlier next time. I wish I had waited…. Crispy chilli beef was not chilli, just sweet and sour and was chewy rather than crispy. Chicken ball batter was pale and soft. Sweet and sour chilli Hong Kong style was certainly not Hong Kong style. And the chow mien was bland. When my husband rang up to complain and ask if they could send us some better food they were rude and dismissive, claiming they hadn’t had any other complaints tonight, wouldn’t send us any replacements and hung up on us! Now I’m £30 out of pocket and wish I had waited the extra hour!

Quantity over quality.Large portion sizes but it doesn't taste the best. In my first bite, I could taste the Wok they cooked it in. It's the most expensive Chinese I've been to around Chichester.
