I went to order take away for office colleagues. This is sort of a hot counter fast food restaurant with only limited amount a sitting spaces. The service was fast and efficient. There is a fridge you can grab your sushi boxes and drinks and go up to the hot counter to order for hot food an pay. They do 2 portion sizes, all my colleagues went for the bigger and only 1 was able to finish it in one go.Food was tasty.

Food is great. However, I ordered several times through Deliveroo wherein they always forget to include the curry. How annoying.

Recently popped in for some sushi. Brought £25 worth for me and my wife share and the large boxes only had 1 small sachet of soy sauce in each. Asked if it was possible to get some more and told that the only way they would provide another sachet was if I brought one for 70p. Yes that little sachet you see if the picture was 70p! Thought it must have been a mistake on the cashiers part so I emailed their customer services. 4 days later no response so I can only assume it wasn't a mistake and they really don't care about their customer. Highly recommended finding somewhere else to eat!

Big portions, tasted good. Not sure of the price or service as it was take away by friend.

Today my daughter and her ability dog were asked to leave the premises of their take away. In Chichester. No disability awareness whatsoever.

Went in at 7pm, after 15 minutes waiting, I was told they no longer making sushi and it was only what was on the shelf being 2 things, so I opted for the hot food, of which there was only 2 options, told sweet and sour was going to be coming in a couple minutes, asked for that with noodles, paid for it. 15 minutes passed, sweet and sour chicken finally came out, guy went to put the noodles in the pot of which there was such a small amount of noodles it couldn't make a full portion unless he put a massive amount of onions, so I stopped him and just got rice, so ultimately came away after half hour with something I didn't really want, and wasn't worth the wait.

I usually love Kokora and it hits the spot when needing some food on the go. What I have come to find however is that the portions are poor with far too much/rice noodles when compared to the dish itself. I also find that the meat can be poor quality i.e. fatty and gristly. I'm not sure if this is a cost saving directive. I think I'll go elsewhere for the time being.

When this place first opened it was great but like others here have mentioned recently, the quality has definitely gone down, I don't visit here nearly as much as I used to. It's a shame but maybe things will improve in the future.
