A new menu, which has added a complete dynamic to the choice of food. While the food was good. The three pints of San Miguel, were even better. Very clean and fresh. Will see you soon.

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. A trio of Fish for me and Fish and Chips for partner. Desserts Apple crumble and Baked rice pudding with Apricot and Pineapple all was absolutely delicious. Our first visit, we will be returning.

Not a biased review. For a traditional seaside pub and restaurant. Which has withstood a tidal surge, in 1908 when it was a small farm.Offers a great selection of locally sourced seafood, dietary alternative specialties and a friendly atmosphere.

4 words. Kieran does bouncy castles. A joke made by a local. We were in tears, I even fell of my high stool. This pub is a hidden gem on the coast, get down there and try there food since the new chef started it’s been a game changer, will be back and bouncing

Visited the Lifeboat for Sunday lunch, we had not been for a few months. Really enjoyed our lunch, courtesy of the new chef. I had roast pork which was really moist and tender with vegetables which were not overcooked and just the way I like them. Husband had venison and smoked bacon pudding which he also really enjoyed. Daughter had plaice fillets with linguine and mushroom sauce, she was very happy with her choice. Very friendly welcome, good service and chef came out to chat with customers and check food was ok.
