Terrible service, staff standing around talking, not interested in customers, toilets were dirty and smelt, restaurant had rubbish everywhere on counters and floor. Waited over 23 minutes for our order, told the apple pies took 6 minutes, so why a 23 minute wait, wasn't even busy. Assistant did apologise but wasn't very genuine. Very poor!

From the start Luke was very welcoming. His customer service was kind, respectful and genuine. He made sure that we were comfortable by handing kids some colouring sheets and crayons and by wiping the table clean. Food was tasty too! Best experience we've had in a while, thank you Luke xKid-friendliness: Absolutely brilliant customer service. Kids thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast and colouring sheets.

Be warned these Portions are tiny and I mean tiny for a Mcdonald's Please don't bother driving through this place. I know theres cost of living costs but lets be real. Never again am I stopping here. Ordered my meal with medium fries and its shocking the size given.

The big cheesy , You weren’t wrong, It’s literally takes more effort to make such a state of a burger then to just place the cheese in the center like a normal human being, Your staff need to get a grip , No matter what job you do , do it to the best of your ability. Embarrassing end

This Mac always has problems with Deliveroo orders. Drivers always arrive at establishments and orders have not yet been entered into the system. Drivers wait 20 minutes to pick up a customer's order.

Luke warm coffee, supposedly a seasonal caramel latte but the picture and the end result were quite different! Cream was not even as high as the cup rim.No self serve ketchup, no one behind the counter, after a few minutes an off duty staff member got some for me. The staff member on the restaurant floor was too busy chatting to help. Staff seemed more interested chatting to each other than serving.Reminded me why McDonald's is usually my last option.

Food is always late and often incorrect. If you use the drive thru, be prepared to be asked to “pull into the parking bay for 2 mins” and 10 mins later you’ll still be there. This is without a queue.

Seems pretty chaotic at times. Here now and they are only accepting cash. Another time I ordered and paid online and they were closed when I arrived (and when I ordered!)

It's okay for a supposedly fast food service. It's not the cleanest one I've been in. Especially the toilets they could do with a really good clean. Tables or counters could do with a wipe over. Service is slower than it used to be, and the food is not as hot as it used to be.

This McDonald’s is only consistent at delivering poor service and a lack of menu items, which has been raised by others. Tonight, after using the app to place an order, I was told by the ‘Business Manager’ that the order had gone through but rather than collect from the drive through I had to park up (no spaces available as everyone else was waiting for food, as usual) and collect it as a walk in. He was confrontational and an appalling example of customer service. By the time I had got to the collection window , my order was there and able to be passed to me without difficulty. If the ‘Business Manager’ has no idea what is going on in the restaurant or how to speak to people, it is little wonder why there are continued problems at this location.

It was nice enough but we were missing a hash brown. I told the girl that brought the food to our car and a more senior member of staff came out with one in a bag insisting I'd made a mistake. I didn't like being accused of trying to steal a £1 hash brown when I'd spend £25 on food and it ruined what would have been a lovely family breakfast.

Ordered food on the app.10 min driveFrom where I live.Collect order .Get home .Oder wrong.Go back speak to the manager and express my frustration.He apologises. Maybe macdiMacdonalds should back up there apologises with a voucher. All in all a 40 min round trip. Especially after a day's work.So what's the point of using the app if this happens.
