It may not be a requirement...BUT can I suggest wearing aprons & gloves rather than breaking up lumps of cheese with your hands & wiping the knife with your fingers instead of paper towel maybe..Staff & preparation area looked grubby...and I can't remember asking for a hair on my topping...but got it anyway!!

Shop looks rundown, staff had earphones in while taking orders and making food, no aprons in sight. They put the garlic dip in the middle of the pizza, doesn't degrade the food in anyway just shows a lack of care.

Woman who took our order had a headphone in, gave us a barbecue pizza when we asked for tomato. They were using overproofed dough and no aprons.

Vegi pizza garden party had way to much veg on it and not enough cheese. All the toppings were falling from the pizza slice as I was eating it. This brand has gone down hill ?

Phoned recently with an issue with part of my order. One of my brownies I ordered from their store via Uber Eats had hair embedded within it and I had to pick it out. I called the store just to inform them and the girl who answered the phone was so rude to me, argued with me as if it were my fault and said that it wasn’t their issue, accused the poor Uber driver and then proceeded to hang up. I understand that certain items such as the brownies come prepackaged but this type of customer service is unacceptable and I’m shocked at the lack of understanding and the dismissive nature in which the staff treat their customers.I have ordered from here twice (the drink that I ordered didn't even turn up the previous time). I wanted to give the benifit of the doubt, but what a waste of time and money. My advise (as someone who works in the customer service industry) work on your customer service skills and maybe you'll get along much better!I won’t be buying from here again.

Really bad pizza undercooked dough absolutely disgusting waste of 20 quid I think that hygiene standards are really good when they know they are being checked as I watched a member of staff cleaning down stainless steel tops but not the gaps in between The tops where you could see there was crusty old dough obviously been there for awhile ? papa jog on won’t get any more of my harder money ever again i’ve had better Lidl‘s pizzas from frozen and the chicken wings were more like sparrows wings needed a magnifying glass to find the meat on them
