(& this was valentines night)Very friendly (& happy) staff & even the Chef/Owner comes out to ask if everyone's meal was OK.That says a lot about the passion that the chef has for his cooking & also if the customers are happy.Well done Rosario & all the staff !We have yet to try the Sunday roast but will definitely book soon.Can't wait.......

They work very hard and are polite, efficient, polite and so dedicated to the customer having a great meal and enjoying their meal.I can honestly say having my Sunday roast here has become a favourite occupation that I will not get tired of.A truly remarkable experience. I have eaten in this restaurant on several occasions for Sunday dinner and never had a problem until today. It is a favourite restaurant of my dad and his partner and when I visit them we often come here. I was offered the usual choice of 3 meats - lamb, pork or beef and opted to have just pork and lamb. When my food arrived I looked at the plate and could see that I had pork and beef NOT lamb. I called the waiter over and asked him to take the plate back as I had ordered lamb not beef. He returned a few minutes later with exactly the same meat on the plate. I told him that it was beef and not lamb and sent him away again. Then he returned with the same plate and the chef who told me that it was lamb. He then informed me he had been a chef for 16 years and knew the difference between beef and lamb. Well I am 60 years old and in my lifetime I have eaten beef and lamb on plenty of occasions and there is nothing wrong with my tastebuds! He told me he wasn't prepared to argue about it and we would have to agree to disagree. Unbelievable! There is an expression 'the customer is always right', now I know from working in customer service that is not true but on this occasion the customer was right. There is a difference between beef and lamb when you see it on a plate and I could see this was beef. I tasted it and it was 100 percent beef, I even gave some to my dad and he also agreed it was beef. I could not be bothered to argue anymore and the chef clearly did not appear to be prepared to change the meat so I sat and ate it. The food was good but it was NOT what I ordered. I could not believe the attitude of the chef in effectively calling a customer a liar and not being prepared to change the meat. Suffice it to say I won't be returning to this restaurant.
