As a post theatre treat we were looking for something sweet and indulgent. It’s a bit hidden but worth the search. The waffles are divine with endless options for toppings and ice-creams. Next time I fancy trying the waffle

Really disappointing. The pizza was average at best and for £10 there are several other very local restaurants which far surpass what I received here.The floor was filthy. Chips, cups and debris all over the place. Tables needed a good wipe down too.If you stick to take away milkshakes, you will not feel so hard done by as they are very good.

Very nice sweet treat ?. Nice friendly staff and clean and tidy. We had the waffles with ice cream and it was lovely.

Stopped off to collect a pre ordered pizza, staff seemed confused, were very busy, couldn't find order. Had to place a new order, then waited 30 minutes for them to prepare and cook. Smelt lovely, but disappointed with taste, thought it would be fresh dough but tasted like a supermarket pizza.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free dough. Limited menu

Went in today one hour before they closed to be told that weren't selling pizza. No reason was given. The staff seem liked they were only there to socialiseAfter having a conversation with Dom the manager me and my partner decided to give Shake-A-Delic another go. What a completely different experience we had this time. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The meaty pizza we had was delicious as too were the shakes. Next time I'm in Chichester amd fancy a pizza this will be my go too place

I just stopped for a latte and to write up a few notes, the coffee was great. Customers inside and out all appeared happy with shakes and ice-creams too. I was impressed by the whole place, it is clean, bright, and staff had a fantastic attitude, next time I'll try an ice-cream & waffle :-)

Downgraded. Why did they move, why are they doing pizza while removing most of the ice cream choices? Doesn’t make sense to me but at least they have plastic straws!

They have moved. I thought they closed down already.Im not a massive fan of milkshakes but their smoothie was awesome. Id drink my veggies everyday if it was in this Super Green smoothie. Packed with flavour, healthy and perfect to quench you during this summer heat. ?One staff said theey had aircon and she was referring to the fans inside thr building since it was boiling. They have seats inside as well as outdoor sitting areas.

My son had American dream milkshake, he liked it. However sadly I can’t say the same thing for their Belgian waffle. It did not taste like a freshly made waffle. It was way to cold, softer than normal and I can feel the sugar crystals in my mouth.
