Absolutely 1st Class, just popped in for a couple of bits. The chap on the till was brilliant, informing us of the meal deals. A breath of fresh air, deserves a bonus ...

Clean, friendly, and has all amenities that you could need.

staff extremely rude and unfriendly, not allowed to use toilet either, prices for petrol about 8p more expensive just because they can as its the only station close to the witterings

A don’t care attitude. Blaming tourists for a blocked toilet. This is shell. Fix the toilet and as a service industry have a gracious attitude or get another job!!!!

Been last night about 8pm,the lady that was on shift was 100% unprofessional, rude, arrogant, disgusting.... I use shell with years, she didn't want to scan my shell plus card, did not give me a vat receipt, toilets out of order maybe a week or more, but that lady should not be working there. Would avoid that petrol station

Toilets not open and Josh was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

When asked as to who controls the price of fuel at this outlet the management stated it was Shell. Shell was contacted and they stated that as the station was a franchise that the franchisee controlled the price. I would advise that, Asda at Selsey, sell their petrol for 11p a litre cheaper than this outlet - this applies to a greater extent to diesel which this garage sells at £182.7 - over exuberant pricing and the place should be boycotted until they stop ripping the community off.

Used to fill up all the time here but now the dearest garage in the area.. Even Stockbridge A27 is 4p a litre cheaper..just think they are trying to rip off the locals..£1.48.9 a litre for petrol? Think about your locals during the winter months..

Great service station with friendly staff and quality fuels at a decent price. Has an automated car wash which cleans my car beautifully everytime on the "Super Shine" option, but they also have a jet wash option at the rear as well as a car vacuum facility and air pump. Highly recommended if in the area and worth getting the Shell GO + loyalty card for money off savings and fuel discounts.

Unfortunately I broke down whilst in their parking area and had to wait for the RAC. Whilst there the chap in his high vis working on the forecourt asked if I was OK and then went and got me a free coffee. If this is read by the garage please thank him for me again as it was most welcome.
