a shocking delivery experience ordered chicken tikka got chicken mayo not tikka and absolutely covered in BBQ sauce, threw it in the bin and learned to never order from here for delivery

Not the best subway i have had . Disappointed. Asked for a sandwich and did not put in half of the ingredients thats supposed to be in it . All i got given was melted cheese that tasted revolting , pesto and peppers . Got asked the audacity for them to change the gloves . Very silly question . Disgusting

The worst subway I have ever been in. Not sure how you can get wrong putting things in a roll but this bunch can manage it without a smile in sight.

The majority of fast food places in Chichester are rubbish and operate at low standards especially with regards to delivery, unfortunately, this subway is no exception.

So after last order wrong ie not toasted ingredients missing and being told not due to subway deliveroo say it's not their issue I foolishly ordered again. I also phoned to ensure it would be correct and yet just 2 of 4 toasted and originally manager said 2 were toasted again ingredients missing. It seems there is no point of raising issues as it is a delivery and accordingly nobodies fault. to add insult the baguette/roll is wet in the middle which in my opinion the bread wasnt baked correctly and it was the normal bread that was wet I the middleDietary restrictions: Gluten free

Ordered a chicken teriyaki, the guy just gave me chicken tikka without saying that they don’t carry teriyaki in the store. Got minimal amount of chicken and lettuce, and loads of sweetcorn so the ratio was way off. The people who were in the shop that day were quite rude as well.

Food is as good a quality as you'd expect from a Subway and is generally good, but they consistently get orders wrong both in store and when you order delivery eg you pay extra for double cheese then get a sandwich with no cheese at all, or you ask for it to be toasted and it comes out cold... items are always missing when you order for delivery, half the time they can't even get the right sauce or whether it was supposed to be toasted or not, and especially when you order for delivery via Uber Eats or Deliveroo its literally written on the order in black and white and I don't understand how they keep getting things wrong... and we all know how much of a pain dealing with Uber Eats or Deliveroo's customer service is, so good luck getting your money back for items you paid for but didn't receive! I understand it gets busy and mistakes happen, but it's literally every time! Given how much you pay for what you get it's just not good enough
