Perfect location for our getaway, The room was great and had everything we needed. Lorna is fantastic and so welcoming. Loved all the little touches for our dog including the treats and bowls. Breakfast was very nice and cooked perfectly.Bed was super comfy.

My daughter and son surprised my husband and I for our special birthdays to a weekend in this B & B. It was without a doubt the best B & B we have stayed in. They have really thought about their guest, guest with families and those with dogs. The breakfast was outstanding, with everything on offer that you could possibly think off. Our family had organised for our friends to stay, so we had the whole B & B, nothing was too much. We without any doubt will be returning- Big thanks to Pam and Co. X

I don’t know where to start with this review! We got in touch with Pam and the team over 18 months ago to book the whole b&b for a very special birthday celebration. Over the 18 months they helped with planning and recommending places to go locally and dinner options. They worked with us to sort out room allocations and changes to the communal space to allow for our celebrations. They really went above and beyond in the run up. On arrival the whole place is beautiful! There are so many little treats all over the place. Dog treats, games, human treats, dvds, water fridges fully stocked at all times, kids toys, hot drinks and fresh milk in rooms. I could go on and on. The team are wonderful and the place was immaculate. The most comfy beds ever and great showers after a sandy day at the beach! They had wind breakers and crabbing nets and a body board that we used on the beach. The breakfast was out of this world. We knew there was a menu to choose from but we did not expect a huge selection of pastries, yogurts, cakes, cereal, fruit (fresh and dried) honestly I can’t even list it all. It was really close to the beach - our 10 year old walked it no issue. It was just absolutely perfect in every single way and we will 100% be returning! Thank you so so much to the team for making my parents special birthday surprise even more memorable than anticipated! Xxx

This is probably the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. 14 of us took over the whole place and the owner could not have been more accommodating. The rooms are lovely with everything really well thought out. The little treats around the place for humans and dogs are also most welcome. The breakfast was incredible. Pastries, smoothies and fruit followed by a full cooked selection. I would really recommend a stay here.

What a wonderful place. From start to finish we loved staying here. The room was clean, had lots of character, had lots of little touches and was so close to the beach. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and such a range of fresh foods-and my son loved the biscuits and sweets on offer in the shared lounge. The host was VERY friendly and accommodating. We will return for sure.

Excellent location. Beautiful and clean rooms. Welcoming hosts. The outside area gave us an opportunity to enjoy our take away dinner whilst the kids busied themselves tinkering freely. It felt exclusive and peaceful.Walkability: We had a peaceful walk to the beach as it is a decent walking distance.

Where to start with this fantastic place? This lovely B&B (it seems so much more than a B&B) has a very New England feel about it. And it is not surprising as Pam, the lovely owner, was once cabin staff on New England routes for many years. There is secure off street parking here and reliable wifi. The beds are really comfortable and the pillows fluffy. The amenities in the room are second to none. We had the pet-free family room. One double bed and two singles and we were very comfortable there. The breakfast is to die for, far superior to many (if not all) hotel breakfasts we have experienced all over the world. Pam and her staff bend over backwards to accommodate all requests. She is so charming and friendly - our children could not believe that such a lovely person was bringing them hot chocolate and pancakes every morning! And she is a fount of knowledge regarding the local area. During the day the breakfast room is transformed into a dining room if you need it. There you find your own dedicated table, laid out and covered, in case you return the the house with a takeaway - which we did on both our days there. Quite simply, this place is top notch. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Witterings, look no further! Pam - thank you!!

We love this B&B :) We have stayed here 3 times now with our dog PIP and would highly recomment it. The owner is super friendly and goes to every length possible to makes ones stay as comfortable as possible, including treats, bowls and a blanket for Pip. Breakfast is one of the best we've had and surpasses many including upmarket hotels.

We have just spent a night in this excellent Bed and Breakfast following a friend’s birthday party. The room was immaculate with everything we could possibly need provided. We had an excellent welcome with useful instructions prior to arrival. The breakfast covered everyone’s tastes and was delicious.
