Just went there for drinks before the theatre. Nice, friendly staff. Great selection of tequilas though!

Great local pub, we regularly get the 241 fish and chips on Friday, nice staff but it can get busy.

A fantastic Fullers pub. Just great. We walked past at 10 to 12 before it opened one Saturday, though it looked nice, and returned at 10 past to find it almost full. Local old boys with their pints and newspapers, couples, families ... busy, friendly, warm, and welcoming. Interesting beers and ciders and a very good menu. I had fish finger sandwiches (which I have whenever I can and these were the best I'd ever had) and Mr W6Travellers had kedgeree; a rather unusual dish for a pub menu but it was delicious. Not expensive either. It's positioned just off the main shopping streets, opposite Priory Park with the beautiful Chichester Guildhall. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful staff - always a winner. The food was delicious and served piping hot, which is so rare these days, sadly. It was a bitterly cold Wednesday lunch time but we braved the temperature to visit this establishment as we were passing through on a journey. We usually eat there before the theatre. At around £15 each for the main course, it was good value for money and real comfort food!
Came across this pub by accident but so glad we did. Fabulous pub. Lots of memrobilia to look at on the walls. Great atmosphere friends meeting for a drink at the end of a working week.Food excellent quality. Staff interested in their customers & are professional & courteous while being friendly. Great place. Would definitely go again.Parking: Parking in the street outside. Note: cash not card.

My wife and I visited the Park Tavern today for lunch and were very impressed. A traditionally decorated pub with a good choice of beer and food. With a warm welcome from the young lady behind the bar I ordered the French onion soup and my wife had the roast beef/ sauerkraut sandwich, both of which were delicious and great value for money. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended

The food was good and reasonably priced but they added items to our bill that we hadn't had. They removed them without a problem. Make sure you check your bill properly.

Had a great salmon sandwich here, good selection of beers. A few outside tables overlooking the park. Friendly staff, would recommend stopping for refreshments.
