The staff were amazing and so was the aesthetic of the place, however the food wasnt the greatest. The lasagne was too runny, the ratio of sauce to actual lasagne was 4:1. Very Dog friendly though!

Just received email from The Pond Barns cancelling our party of 12 Christmas dinner???. Bearing in mind we are visiting our dear old mum from Australia, thought that pond barns would be the ideal get together. Emailed our request on 01/10 but got no reply so followed up with a phone calls and was told that the person dealing with the booking is not in but that they would leave a message . Received a blank email with just the Christmas menu attached, great I thought we’re all set! Then got email today saying sorry our booking is cancelled! Very poor show Pond Barns!

Recently had a break in Bracklesham for a week and visited a couple of the local pubs/restaurants. We popped in to the Pond Barn for a drink one day to greeted by lovely and friendly local people. The staff were so friendly and polite also. We decided to come back another day to try the food and we were expecting the usual basic pub food that you sometimes get in some places. To our surprise, the food was exceptional and so delicious. Everything is cooked from scratch and the chef clearly knows his stuff. We enjoyed it so much that we chose to eat there again before we came home as our final meal. Wish you were local to us because we would visit you often. Thankyou

Wow!!! I was absolutely amazed by how delicious the roast was here!! I love roasts and this one stood out allot!! Allen the chef is definitely amazing! The lady Dom who served me was also really amazing and very nice! Definitely a credit to the team and made me feel very welcome! Will definitely be returning.

Food was brilliant! My wife has loads of allergies and the chef was kind enough to come and and talk to her and figure out how she could be fed. We all had a great time with delicious food!

I wasn't too sure when we walked in as it seemed pretty basic but the service and food absolutely blew me away - I'm pretty hard to feed with allergies but my food (and that of the rest of my group) was absolutely brilliant and the service was prompt, friendly and chef was super helpful. Also reasonably priced for type and portions of food.Dietary restrictions: Check was brilliant at adjusting my meal

We found this pub to be welcoming, spacious and nicely decorated. Food was ok for basics like fish and chips but some of the other meals were not so good. Didn’t have dessert but it looked like there was a good range of choices.
Just popped down for a quick beer and felt a little hungry! So grabbed an Angus cheeseburger and literally it was the best burger I've ever eaten! Full of cheese, amazing home made burger sauce, home-made half pound patty that was full of flavour. Full amount of fresh salad to accompany a sour dough bap! All in all an amazing burger to go with my after work pint! If you're in the area be sure to give the Pond Barn a visit as there's lots of other great items on the menu.

We all were very impressed with the food and staff, We had the herb crusted cod, this wad excellent and followed with a delicious apple and cinnamon crumble.
