Cute cafe, lovely staff and chilled. Shop to browse - and the menu was a delicious and really contemporary choice of things. Fresh salad and everything homemade. My favourite cafe in Chichester by far.

Thought I’d pop in today (Sunday) to pick up a hoody for a gift. I was also behind a man that was buying a hoody, some flip flops and a ball cap. Nobody wanted to serve us as everyone was too busy dealing with take out coffees and the Drift-in Cafe orders next door.I gave up in the end and left. The man in front of me was losing his will to live waiting too. Unbelievable that you would prefer to lose retail sales in order to make coffee! When I asked the staff could anyone help, I was told “Ann will help you” - but sadly Ann was busy frothing milk at the take out counter!Utter madness. Won’t be back.

Loved this place when we lived in London. Got the Wittering in Santa Cruz!

Customer service is shocking. They do not respond to messages and do not replace faulty clothing. For the price you pay you would expect better!

Amazing service and AMAZING ICECREAM!The ice cream is truly amazing. Such a nice creamy feel and tastes exactly like you would expect. The service is just as amazing. My 4 year old wanted a cone but they kept breaking... Naturally a tantrum started to rear its ugly head... The shop assistant however made the same ice-cream 3 times until my daughter was happy. Can't thank them enough

Sadly this was a bad experience. Went in to get ice cream as they were £2.50. cheaper than place next door sadly I can see why. The ice salted Carmel cream was tasteless and the woman put what I can only call a rip-off amount of ice cream in the tub - I’m talking a 1/4 of a scoop - not even two mouthfuls for a child! Very stingy wouldn’t have hurt them to put a full Scoop for the price of a whole tub! Will never be going back here

Great staff, lovely range of clothes and the best coffee in the Witterings!

Love the shop, love the brand. Shame the cafe was too busy to pitch up, but we grabbed a coffee which was great. Clothes are a nice quality and pretty affordable!
Bought my surfboard here, which I adore. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Nice cafe and good food generally but shop range seems to be reducing as cafe area takes over. Cafe has always been packed when I visit (not just weekends), so maybe a sign of good rep but can't say for certain. Speaking to local surfers, most go here for a bite after surf but a couple mentioned that it can get crowded with groups who take over as if they own the place and then it goes from "cosy post surf chillout vibe" to "get me the hell outta here." I have seen this once here but only once.I'm also not a fan of own branded hoodies etc for the same price as quik, bong, o'neill etc but that's just me.
