I would definitely visit again.Vegetarian options: There were a few good vegetarian options on the menu including pizza, pasta and other items.Parking: Parking is without the leisure park. On the day we visited, it was very busy but we found a parking space a short walk from the restaurant.

Always a great dining experience at Bella Italia Crawley!I have been a regular diner at Bella Italia Crawley for a good few years. It's always a memorable experience time in, time out. This is thanks to the wonderful "Queen of Bella" I like to call her, Aga. She is such a genuine, down to earth, lovely person and always makes me and my family want to return. Not to mention highly experienced in the industry. Other team members like Carlos and the new Polish waitress that have served me have also been very hospitable and highly experienced. I'd also like to shotout out the assistant manager Bunita (?) for fixing a issue with the toilets for me (hand soap was empty).The food has always been great, atmosphere has been nice and the overall restaraunt.I'm proud to be a regular guest here and spend my money here with the family.I can confirm that this restaraunt is LGBT friendly. ?Keep up the good work everyone! ❤️

Visited with friends this evening, food was okay but service very slow and we struggled to get the waiter’s attention even when the place was quiet. Wine tasted a little watery.Dietary restrictions: Accommodated my dairy allergy well

Food was below average - underseasoned pasta dishes using meat (chicken etc) clearly out of a pre cooked packed. Nice resturant though and staff were very nice.

Our delivery arrived. They missed off our side completely which we paid for.The pizza was in small boxes and was all stuck to the layers of paper in between. It was disgusting and disappointing. I tried to call and I was transfered to a Chinese speaking tape that cut me off. Don't use Bella Italia it is appalling.

Haven’t been for a while, so for my partners birthday we fancied Bella Italia… can’t fault the chefs food was perfect. But the staff… slow service and quite clearly short staffed. We was waiting 45 mins for the bill we sorted the cash out left it on the table ready. They still ignored us so we just walked out, and watched from outside of the restaurant and the cash was still sitting there 5 mins later!

Absolutely outrageous prices. Six dough balls for £6.50 and a large cookie (purporting to be cookie dough) for £7 is honestly disgraceful and then you get a tiny bowl of mac and cheese for £14. Joke. Never ordering

Small portions for the price, the chicken burger was caked in cheese and would have benefitted from some leafs or coleslaw.Service was lacking through out with limited organisation made for a slow drawn out eating experience.

If I wanted to write some notes for a book I could have ended with War and Peace while waiting for food and service. To be fair, the staff were working as quickly as they could, but we're clearly short staffed. But why not stop taking walk ins and ensure that the customers you have can have a nice experience? Came for a birthday meal and ended up leaving after two hours thoroughly disappointed.
We have been here a few times, every time the service was lovely, and the food is also good!

Stay away if you can.Very short staffed.The first staff we spoken to was rude and then sent another one as he was busy. After sitting there already for half an hour, the second person took our order and it came out wrong.When we got our bill, they charged us 3 instead of 2 pizzas. We definitely did not stay for dessert.

All said and done my main course of sea bass arrived in less than five minutes along with my starter.Under five minutes is too quick to wait for a main course. The course was tiny and greasy.The floors are greasy and are a trip hazard.Never again for Bella Italia.
