Very pleasant curry house, food good quality and relaxed service. It was a quite Monday night, would imagine it would get quite busy at peak times.Vegetarian options: As long as you stick to the vegetable curry options you'll be fine.

I went here a few weeks ago with some friends that are regular customers, the service was really good, food was amazing, I had Lamb and the portion size was brilliant and they do a mean Irish Coffee ! we had enough of them to testify that they are good !

If I could award a nil score, I would. We had a girls night at my house comprising of my 2 daughters and granddaughter. We ordered a delivery at 7.30pm to the tune of £98 which finally arrived past 9pm. Well, what can I say! It was completely mush. There were no chunks of chicken in the chicken jalfrezi but sliced chicken instead. Sauce in the butter chicken was very watery. Meat samosa’s were white and the chicken pakoras were like suet dumplings. And above all, it was COLD. We ended up by putting it in the microwave once plated up. It was so disappointing. We had the girls night planned for many weeks and the curry was a complete let down. We contacted bengal spices who said that they would refund 50%. However, we are still waiting. As a family, we have ordered from Bengal spices regularly and it did come in our top 3 of Indians in Crawley. We were so disappointed that were will not be going anywhere near this establishment in the future and urge others to stay away.

Myself and my partner sat down and ordered drinks and poppadoms whilst looking at menu, during this time a other table was making a complaint which the waiter seems uninterested in. Our poppadoms and chutneys came, the poppadoms were overcooked. We then found two hairs in our chutneys!!! The waiter came over to ask of we were ready to order, to which we said we would like the bill and e placed we had found hair in the chutneys and showed him. The waiter couldn't care less about our complaint and didn't even acknowledge what we had said. No apology nothing! Will never set foot in this restaurant again!

Had a set meal for two and a set meal for one there last night and it was excellent. The food was delicious and plentiful and the service was very good. I will definitely be going here again and would recommend others to this lovely restaurant.

Had take away from here which was really disappointing. The chicken Jalfrezi was bland and lacking in taste with a strange watery sauce. The Bombay Aloo lacked spice and the naan seemed doughy and under cooked. It is a shame as the great reviews here do not reflect my experience.

Without doubt Bengal spices restaurant is one of the best than others indian restaurant. They’ve provide Very delicious food and also they've service was very first and the stuff was Very friendly..Hope we ll come back Again thank you all of them..
