Order from here twice now and the food is so tasty! The mild dishes are on the spicy side but the flavour it's divine!

Bollywood Kitchen offered an amazing culinary experience. The food was a true highlight, with flavors that danced on the palate. While the service was decent, it didn't quite match the excellence of the cuisine. However, the bar staff were a standout, providing not just drinks but an entertaining experience. On a side note, it's a shame Arsenal drew against Chelsea.

Visited very recently. Appears that staff inc chef has changed. Use to enjoy food there. This time food was tasteless Ordered Daal makhani. Horrible taste. Full of sugar and tasteless Had to send it back Also had Jeera chicken wings. Taste less

I went to the restaurant yesterday, the customer service was really poor, they didn't give a table for me as i went alone they're only welcoming the customers who giving them big business, the guy ask me to sit on a table and then the other guy asked me to move another table. It was really in disrespectful behaviour,i moved out from the restaurant without having any food it was completely disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered from just eat …… Chicken korma was so spicy didn’t taste of coconut at all as my partners mouth was on fire The chicken biryani is missing the sauce part . Called the restaurant the lady was very very rude she said I was a liar and then said in a racist manner that the doesn’t understand English to be rude and not deal with the situation and to be racist to me . I have never had anyone be racist to me before being a white British female but saying to me I don’t understand English was really upsetting after having a full blown conversation in English prior to this comment I’m really upset and I won’t be going there or ordering from there again I have never been treated like this Stay away from there

Missed the sauce to my meal so had to have it dry also missed the drinks ordered and asked if we could go and pick up , we paid for delivery

They don’t priority eat in customer, they prioritise online order, we waited 70 minutes after ordering and before ordering 20 min.They don’t have trained staff, we sit there all most 3 hr, we feel like they are neglecting us. They didn’t offer water or napkins as well.

Love the seating arrangements and the food. The drinks are set at a good price. The sports entertainment made us men really enjoy and relax. No rush to leave this place enjoyed every minute.
Absolutely shocking! Service is terrible couldn’t even smile or talk to us, food was poor and cold, didn’t even come check to see if food was okay. We are regulars here but the last 2 times the food has been awful, we gave it the benefit of the doubt as they said they have new chefs. The curry is flavourless and very salty/oily,starters were cold and the naan had no flavour at all. It’s such as shame as this used to be a go to for amazing food but unfortunately both the service and quality of food has gone downhill.

Really poor service from the waiting staff at the restaurant. Luckily the manager was understanding but the whole evening was ruined. Waited 1.5- 2 hours for food and when asked we received so much attitude both verbal and tons of eye rolling. It's a shame because rams has a good vibe and the starters are really good.

Worst restraunt i had ever been.. food and service both were below the point. They didnt listen what we have ordered and given wrong items but they remember to put the ordered items on the bill. Isn't it amazing that they said oh i heard something else but at the time of billing they are back to their senses. Very poor customer serivce. They took starters from the table before we finished . Will never ever visit again. Worst experience . I dont know what they are serving on the name of indian restraunt.
