I used to be local to that garage all ways fuel up my cars ? and even give a rate before of 5 ⭐ bout now I think I just go else where....today 03/01/2024 went to give my car a quick wash I paid that 2 pound to start the jet wash and it just splashed water over my car with wax mixed landlce was broken no sign no nothing went to inform the guy at the till asked him could I have my money back as I didn't even wash my car apart from had to stand back and watch water getting wasted the guy was so rude this is the second time it happens to me not nice

I was there last Saturday 28/11/2023 around 8ish just to buy one red bull can. There was a lady in the till, she was very rude. She was doing some paper work. I went to the till and said excuse me, she said that “wait until I finish my work”. No sorry or nothing. So I had to left the place without buying anything.

Fuel is always cheaper than other BP stations and not that busy.This was before covid…In 2023 I found Northgate BP is the cheaper than any other BPs in Crawley.

I have been using this petrol station for many years female member of staff so rude no customer service skills just like to argue with her customers really disappointed wont use it again she is very rude needs to be spoken to by her manager if they care about their business shocking.

I’ve been here many times and I find the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. Normally in that sort of situation I wouldn’t come back but this petrol station is almost over the road for me and is convenient. When I confronted one of the staff members, I was told his attitude was because he had worked such long hours that day, which is no excuse I work 12 Hr days and don’t talk to people like that. Hopefully this feedback finds the right people to do something about it.

For the first time after over six month fuel prices are not ramping up and according to displayed values are heading down ! ?
Horrible service! I had to give back a parcel (please follow steps on picture) that instruction were do not bring a pack or print label on email. When arrived there I was asked to do it. Even thou I was following instructions. I had no package finally, the member staff that denied me to accept label and item as per instructions from Hermes dropp off. So we are requested no to prepare and then have to do all here. I am so busy and I manage my time accordingly and i thought just peint label put there and dropp off to memeber staff they will do the rest.However they don't next time i think I would have to be a staff member and a customer. One day we are paid yo buy and have to do everyting..... and accounts of its own business.Absololutely Ridiculous!

Recently I mislaid some valuables . I retraced my steps to the BP at Tilgate and with the help of Eni (who worked there)I managed to solve the problem , as she checked on the video system for me . I was impressed by her very helpful attitude . She is definitely a credit to the team who work there

Been put off filling up here. All the staff are nice apart from one elderly worker that is always grumpy & takes it out on customers.. You’d think his work is such a punishment the way he treats people & talks to them, I wouldn’t recommend even smiling at him..

Due to there app not releasing a pump I used it normally and paid in store and left. About 5 minuted later £92 paid for the next vechile via app after being assured as the pump didn't realise nothing could go through by staff. A month later and they still can't be bothered to reply to customer services so I can get a refund. Absolutly disgraceful

Only ever used this petrol station and usually enjoy my visits because the staff are so lovely, they always tell me to have a good day etc and I leave happy. However, there is one member of staff who is so unbelievably rude he ruins my day! He’s a small short guy who’s never been anything but rude, when I see him there I hope I don’t have him serve me. TodayI was unlucky enough to get him and he rushed to my payment before I had a chance to give him my loyalty card and when I did he tutted, rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath! This is unacceptable behaviour, and I left feeling angry and upset! He needs to sort his customer skills out before he costs the whole company to lose customers.
