This place is great if you need takeout especially if you’re in a hurry. It can be very busy at times and seating can be challenging.

Ordered a Double Whopper Meal with an extra Whopper Patty (via Just Eat App for delivery), Never got the extra Patty. Burger King phone number was dead when tried to ring. Won't be using this way of ordering from Burger King again :(

My view is that BK have not got the order your own food and drinks via the terminals as well as their rival McD's. It seems easier to order via human server food was okay.

Absolutely appalling Everything was stone cold , as for the size of the portions well no words can come to mind apart from laughable If your in that frame of mind . I don’t think 15 fries constitutes as a large portion. Had to put it in the microwave to make it all edible. £26 ???? Won’t be wasting my money with you again I advise no one else’s do . Disgusting…,,

Let's just say, we will never return to this Burger King. I had double bacon cheese burger and fries. When I opened the pack, my cheese burger was stone cold. The burgers looked burnt and rubbery, there were small shreds of bacon on top and the cheese was not melted. Needless to say I took it back to staff who seemed annoyed that I dare to take a cold horrible burger back!!! The guy making the burgers stared at me from the kitchen and literally threw the burger hard into the bin. Seriously, they would not have eaten that themselves so why be disgusted at the fact I returned it. They made me a new one which was OK, not great, but it was warm. Our fries were not hot and my boyfriends burger was just warm. We will never go to this burger king again due to the poor food and less than great customer service!! Avoid!!

It's ok but the food was served on dirty trays - that's a big NO NO in my book!\\nWe opted to eat in but I wont ask for that option again. The regular fries in the little bag had fallen over and where lying on the tacky old tomato sauce (see photo). Also there was no cleaning and wiping down of tables - we did it ourselves. I understand that it's a motorway services but if other motorway services branches can been clean (ie Bishop's Stortford) why not Pease Pottage? You need better signage telling people where to take their empty trays and rubbish. It was tucked away and most people didnt see it so left the trays on the tables.\\nHaving a dirty tray put me off and I dont think the food was as nice as it could have been. Wont stop there again.

The food area was spotless and even though I gave the highchair a clean before use because of covid, it was one of the cleanest I've used out. Food good, hot and well cooked, but they did forgot the sauces in our meals and queue was too busy to get any. Great addition of microwave in the overall facility where we could heat up baby's dinner. Overall happy!

A one star review mainly due to the poor service by the two employees at the time. Asked for straws for a milkshake which we purchased only to be told that the straws that were in the bag, which they weren't! They however did give us spoons for the milkshake, don't know how that will that help with drinking a milkshake but I digress. The food was room temperature at best and the ice cream was partly melted straight put of the machine. Will not be returning in a hurry.

Loved the Halloumi burgers with the chips and onion rings.\\nNot the \\\"milkshakes\\\" or the size of the portion of chips or the machine we used to order \\\"it\\\"on.\\nThe \\\"shakes\\\" did not feel or taste like shakes should! They were warm and did not taste of chocolate.
Service very quick. Sausage butty a bit dry otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Ordered the vegan royale and it was very disappointing. A tiny bit of salad and a tiny dollop of mayo made it very dry. Would not order this ever again. Should have gone for the bean burger.

I’ve always liked a Burger King burger, and the chilli bites are great. I stopped here today, wanting some food. Waiting at the counter, the serving staff saw me and ignored me. I continued waiting patiently for one of them to finish and help me. They faffed around a bit, then they chatted a bit, Finally they both approached the counter, and they both served another customer who’d just arrived. I left , no burger today. I think your staff are too young to work unsupervised.
