Honestly the worst Burger King I’ve ever visited. Most dirty fast food restaurant I’ve seen. Staff standing on old food. Old food all over the sides. Staff eating in front of customers. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES DONT EAT HERE. When asking for a plain burger due to intolerance received burger with all the stuff in it. When approached the staff the lady handed it to another member of staff opened the burger took the extras out and handed it back…. Rude staff.

Pleasant and polite staff and no problems with my order. Food was hot and freshly cooked. Area was clean and tidy, so I am surprised having read the other reviews. As this is effectively a motorway service station there was an option to sit outdoors under cover or indoors in the dedicated Burger King seating area.

We ordered for delivery and * It took almost 2 hours to arrive * The order was incorrect * Those items that were correct were incorrectly made (missing ingredients) * The drinks order was wrong * The food was not cooked enough Not great at all and will not use them again

This is the worst Burger King I have even been to. Staff chatting messing around while customers wait ages for food. Good came out cold and chicken nuggets was over cooked. Never again

What a dump! I never usually write crappy reviews as I’m quite easy going and things don’t usually bother me. I was so shocked with this place yesterday. The eating area was disgusting food all over the floor, every table was dirty. All the bins were overflowing so couldn’t empty our trays. The kitchen door kept opening and I saw a few members of staff standing chatting. One girl was dancing, why is no-one cleaning? This place needs sorting stat!

Seemed the staff were happy to be messing around rather than deal with the large queue of customers, we have used this site many times over the years, but will never bother again eventually walked out without buy anything

Average at best and wrong order was received. BK isn't anywhere near as good as it used to be on the whole. Chicken Royale was dry, tiny piece of bacon, meat to bun ratio is awful. Not totally the restaurant fault its the terrible direction the company has gone. Probably be last time I get anything from there, though the chilli cheese bites were at least nice

Would not recommend. Order was wrong and had to go and get it rectified and when I got the correct order it was very disappointing. I was eating out with someone else and it was not worth nearly £18 for two chicken meals. Bacon very disappointing.. hardly cooked and bad quality also portion size was disappointing. One of the staff was also wearing false nails with gems which is not acceptable in food environments.

Well what to say; it's a Burger King, it's in a food court in a mall, so pretty much exactly as one would expect. Service was super fast, almost instantaneous! I had a plant based whopper and it was good. Almost the exact same taste as the usual whopper. If you like fast food, this is a convenient \\\"pit-stop\\\" during shopping.
