Lovely staff in here I like cafe Nero Thier tea is just so much stronger than most coffee shops not sure why this is but it definitely goes down more smoothly and has a nice taste to it also The butter croissants are really good just wish my waistline agreed ? I try to resistThe staff all of them are really friendly and it's warm their are charging ports everywhere and WiFi is reliable:)The one on Worthing and Crawley and Reigate are all brilliant :)

I used to really like this place until.they started to be stingy on service both in store and online with too good food app cancelling orders just so they can go give them to their friends or to keep for themselves they also have rude staff in the cafe Nero in

As usual, very good coffee, nice food and friendly staff. What let this visit down was the amount of dogs either yapping away or giving off the delightful wet dog smell. Even overpowered the normal enjoyable coffee smell this venue always has. No issue with guide dogs or similar, but not in this case. Nero's has always been a coffee and reading haven, but this is being spoilt by unfeeling owners thinking their poor dogs enjoy a very busy high street and shops. A real shame.

I've been coming in here for years and has always been a good service. Today deserved 1 star due to a new member of staff who has all the customer service skills of a brick. As I've been coming here for years I'll give it a few more go's before I change coffee shops. Cafe Nero you need to ensure your staff are fully trained in customer service skills before you let them loose. The ability to interact in a polite & civil manner is paramount.

I just got back from there, wanted for few minutes to be serve, which is fine, but not an eye contact nothing.. talking to each other, kept waiting, then 2 more people came , and they started to serve them. When I said I was waiting before them, they guy didn't even say sorry, just like ok what can I get you, I just turned my back and said just leave ot. Maybe If my skin was not too dark I would have been served.

Friendly very obliging when one simply buys a hot chocolate and snack .Other restaurants and coffee shops should all be like this.Parking: Horrible car park NCP that fines one even though they have paid fully
