Hi I asked the waitress for the price and he told me it was £7 and when we charged me after I ate the food he told me £10 absolute horrible customer service would never recommend to anyone the food is stale not even fresh. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself.

My husband made a large order and it was accepted and after an hour and a half of waiting, we called to ask if we could collect instead and they rather rudely refused? Muttering something about a ‘driver on its way to the shop’.We then waited and rang back and they began rejecting our calls and showed as ‘closed’!

I ordered through deliveroo 3 times over the past 2 months and the food was just awful. Dried up chicken brushed on bbq sauce. The chips were overfried and stale. This used to be one of my favourite places to order from for the past 3 years! Tried calling them too and no one picks up! Really wasted my money! Get your food and customer service sorted chicken cottage!

If you order at night instead of sending you what you have ordered, they will just send you the leftovers and then apologise they have not read the ticket. Seriously? How many times you are avoiding to read the tickets? People have food poisoning because of you idiots, you should be closed down!!!Dietary restrictions: They dont follow any dietary restrictions there ! Terrible human beings
I should've read the reviews before I ordered from this place first time. Placed ordered by just eat and they sent half of the food(ordered whole chicken and they gave half ) BUNCH OF THEIFS .Nothing special about the food and the rice was plain and chips were over cooked and dry , chicken wasn't even seasoned properly, salad was just lettuce with 2 slices of onions and tomatoes. NEVER ordering again and the food was cold .Tried calling them but the number always goes to voice mail. Why run a business with a mobile number ? YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER because of your greediness. People check your food at the door you have been warned

Stay away from this place!I have ordered 4 times the same thing and they got it wrong 4 times!Yes, believe it or not!I ordered and paid for a Double Mountain Burger meal and they keep sending me singles.The Indian staff there who make the food can barely speak English, nevermind read it.So they always make the orders wrong.I spoke to the manager about this problem twice and he is very rude and just says "What do you want me to do about it?"Well,maybe since you are the manager,you can try actually fixing the problem,or training your staff properly.

Worst customer service ... pathetic food quality and the prices are like its best ... ordered rice with peri chicken from the menu that looks amazing in the picture and when order came ot was plain boiled rice. Rest of the food was also below average . its very rare I give bad reviews to any place but they ve forced me to woth not even a single good thing... very much disappointed...

Ordered the simplest thing on the menu, plain chicken burger with chips and a drink. The chips had an odd metallic after taste which I can only put down to them possibly using old oil to fry them. I asked for extra mayo on the burger which I didn't get, the lettuce was old and reddish and tasted old and inedible, the chicken inside the burger was as tough as old boots, literally had to chuck it away in the bin cos my stomach started feeling funny after a couple of bites. How difficult is it to serve people with fresh food and a simple meal??! Please AVOID this place at all costs.
