The worst outlet. I ordered for a medium box with only chicken and no rice or noodles. The quantity of the chicken given was 8 pieces. When asked the manager why it’s less he said if your not satisfied I’ll give you a refund. What a set of cheap steak people left to handle customers. The worst customer service. I asked for two toppings in my box. The lady behind the counter refused to add the extra topping and insisted I pay extra £2.50 when it clearly says box comes with two toppings. Refused to give her name and was very rude. Appalling customer service.

Ate food from here on 02/08/2023 and can honestly say it was very nice. Partner had a medium box of noodles, salt and pepper potatoes and sweet and sour chicken, I had rice with oyster, sweet chilli and salt and pepper chicken. What seemed a bit expensive at first suddenly changed when the member of staff filled our boxes completely, food tasted really nice and will definitely choose to go back again.

Used to be nice. Food is disgusting now and isn’t cooked properly (chicken is sometimes pink or burnt never a good quality. Rice is never cooked properly either) and you can see that the chef never wears gloves when cooking as he walks out sometimes or you see him through the staff door. Absolutely horrifying front counter service. New girl that works there is disgustingly rude and spoke to non-English speaking customers like they were children and got very impatient because she had to repeat something once. Was also rude to me when I showed my student card as they do student discount. Told me it was invalid because there was no expiry date (Near to no universities or colleges do this on their cards ) then proceeded to ask me if I had UNiDAYS which in no way is a verified source as you can use someone else’s email etc. Used to have friendly staff and be a nice place to grab some quick food and now has nothing going for it tbh.

This used to be an absolutely phenomenal place to grab some quick food that was out of the normal spectrum of fast food.The chiken was delicious.The past few months it has been a completely different experience.The chiken has been horribly squishy and chewy.The sauces have been off specially the caramel which last time had a strange grainy feel to it with a almost gone fruit taste.The real last nail in the coffin for us was seeing the supposed "chef" with his usaly grumpy face on manhandling all the food with no gloves on.I'm sorry but no one wants to see the noodles they are about to eat wrapped around your sausage fingers while you stare out the door looking like you want to knock everyone out.

It was in Crawley county mall store around 12:45. Horrible food and super horrible service. I ordered medium rice with Kastu chicken and sweet-and-sour chicken. I paid £7.50 which was a rip off compared to the food i got.. they gave me so little Katsu sauce and other portion of chicken that I had to eat half of my rice dry without any sauce. The service was horrible. The girls on the counter had the most pathetic impression on their face as they were forced to work. No thanks , no excuse me , no smile. The way they were serving as if they were giving the food as a charity, paying from their own pockets. The only reason I choose to each there because the chickens were halal, but I learned my lesson, Never again.

We have had chopstix for many years. We’re happy to find one in Crawley. But on all three occasions that we had it from Crawley, the server has always been just peppering around the chicken topping on the huge portion of rice or noodles. It’s like they are saving it to last all day and don’t want to give you a portion that is the right proportion to the rice or noodles. Noodles are tasteless. The other high street favourite kokoro has such amazing portions. When they are filling your tub they are literally stuffing it. So, it’s safe to say we’ll be going there from now on instead of wasting money on chopstix Crawley.

I got a large box with rice and noodle the noodles were dry and no flavour, the rice was not seasoned the 3 chicken toppings I got sweet and sour, salt and pepper chicken and bbq chicken and they were all dry to salty I would not recommend people to eat here

I've been coming here for many years and have introduced many people to this place. I've come here today and I am appaulled at the service I was provided. I purchased a Large portion with 3 toppings and received the smallest large, looked like a medium. Won't be coming here again!!
