Today (29/06/23 14:40), we went there for our regular drink.We were served by very rude, angry and mad staff.While she were preparing our drinks, she put her fingers inside our cups. This is gross!!! She is aware of health & safety requirements?So disappointed! We will never go back to Costa!
They're very short staffed this morning, but the staff are handling it like champs! So a bit of a queue, but the service and coffee (great flat white) made it worthwhile.

Quite a busy store in Crawley town centre.Kid-friendliness: Smaller kids can get a baby Chino which is chocolate with whipped cream in a small Costa cup making the kids part of the Costa experience ?

I love the environment! It's easy to work and get stuff done when sitting at the tables. The overall place is really clean and tidy and the baristas are amazing - super friendly and polite.Kid-friendliness: Easy accessibility for buggies. Has a changing area in the toilet facilities. They also sell all kinds of sweet treats as well as babyccinos!Wheelchair accessibility: Toilets are accessible to wheelchair users. The store has no difference in height and so users can access all areas without a worry. The entrance to the disabled toilet is a bit tight.
