I regularly order for my work team from the Reigate location and the pizza there is still good. The CRAWLEY one is DISGUSTING. WET, bland and soggy. 2nd and last time I order from Crawley location. totally shameful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Absolutely rubbish service. Took over an hour and half for food to be delivered so as you can imagine it was stone cold when it did finally turn up. Order was completely wrong too. Rang the store, not one person was helpful or even helped resolve the order. Will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered pizza waited over 1,5 hours. When tried to contact them they keep picking up and putting me on hold. I tried 7 times. 2 hours already passed. We have been charged and there is still no pizza. The worst experience ever!!!

Will not be ordering again from here. Waited nearly 90 mins for 2 pizzas. Customer service was appalling! After calling 3 times whist they hung up for some unknown reason I eventually got through to someone, after I questioned how much longer it’ll take, they proceeded to tell me my “driver is on their way” 20 mins later, I received my food. Will NOT be ordering from here again that’s for sure.

Horrible pizza very oilly and greasy won't go back and staff hate answering their phone also not happy only been eating dommano for years now think ill try other places only thing good about them is the bbq sauce and that comes pre made.

The taste of pizzas was not expected good enough and definitely far away from dominos. It's normal to ask a small ketchup sauce from a pizza shop but they charged for extra in an aggressive way.
We always order from here and every time is the best pizza ever! I recomand!❤️

Ordered pizza tonight and it was absolutely vile! It’s gotten beyond a joke with this place! I’m not gonna ring up and complain anymore I just will never ever use them again , waited over an hour for pizza to arrive and when it did it was absolutely stone cold! So cold infact we all had to microwave it! I would go as far as to say it’s the worst pizza we have ever had! Domino’s must do something about this place. We will be contacting The foods standards agency Because it is a joke! Although it is a Franchise it is highly damaging to the Domino’s brand when franchises that are this bad represent your business! My partner phoned up straight away and the Asian woman couldn’t even understand a word of English! She kept repeating that the pizza was on its way like a robot even though that wasn’t what we were complaining about! They must be sending out drivers with 5-6-7- pizzas to deliver and he must be going to 3-4 different addresses and that is why it is so cold! They want to put up prices but they don’t want to improve the service or the product! It is beyond disgusting! If you have someone working in a food shop who doesn’t understand a single thing your saying how can she be totally competent on food hygiene and up to scratch on U.K. food laws! It’s a joke! Never ever again ! We will be contacting the relevant Authorities be in no doubt about it! We are not going to have our money that we work hard for taken from us for a product that is unfit for consumption! So bloody angry ! Even our 10 year old daughter hated it and what child doesn’t like pizza !

Was not worth the 23 quid burnt cookies food not hot . 45min wait for small pizza.had to call and check for my order as was nearly 1hr late ? wouldn't reccomend.
