Walked in for lunch a few days ago for a takeaway order. Regular chicken was decent, chicken wings were good (a bit spicy), chicken poppers were meh, chicken strip wasn't very good. 3 stars overall.A little reply to the review by George Moore: you ordered it to be delivered to your door, then say you live five minutes away? Maybe try walking, it's good for your health.

So I placed my order at 21:32 to be delivered to my doorstep. At 21:54 I was told my food has been dispatched, so I go sit downstairs and wait. I live 5 minutes away from favourite chicken. At 22:06 I go outside and see someone in a car facing the direction of my house With the high beams on towards me. moving about, getting out going back inside of their car. Going in and out of the passenger side, at the time I just thought this was a neighbour cleaning their car out. I go back inside because it’s cold.At 22:18 I receive a call (I was outside at this point) saying you ordered favourite chicken, could see the guy who has been messing around with in his car for the last 12 minutes is the person calling me. I told him I do not want the food as it’ll most likely be cold or he could be tampering with the food. On this note I report it to favourite chicken and explained what had happened, they tried claiming the driver has been calling for ages which he hadn’t.They asked if I would like the driver to come back and give me the same food, at this point the food has been getting cold for 25/30 minutes. I said no because I don’t know if he’s done something with it and it’s gunna be cold, the person at favourite chicken hung up. The worst resolution I have ever seen. They need to be retrained on what the customer can see, the driver clearly saw me at my door step even going out to the gate a couple of times, and then need to be retrained on correcting the issue at hand.

Give them a try if you are tired of the use fried chicken by major chains, and would like something different. Their 3-piece chicken with fries meal is quite delicious and filling.

Didn’t eat my burger as the meat was a dark chicken yuk I spat it out and I thought as I didn’t enjoy anything esle I was looking forward to eat my beans when I got the open then put my hand in there they was cold like they cam out of the fridge it all went in the bin it was 24 pounds never eating from there agen and the chicken should have to have a nice taste to it but it don’t it’s just plane my chicken looked pink
