Roast was cooked badly and luke warm, Waited over an hour for food of the menu and only one meal out of 5 arrived and it was cold. Don't go here. We ended up in McDonald's.

A family party of 20 booked for 50th birthday party, we had ordered weeks before the main meals. The food was very poor, my prawn cocktail came to me after 5 main meals had been served to others and then my main meal came out 3 min after they gave me my main meal. The conservatory where we ate was really cold and despite asking for heating this never happened.I had sticky toffee pudding with custard for dessert but the custard just covered the pudding.I cannot put into words just how bad this pub is and we will never use the Crawley branch ever again. Cannot recommend any meals.

Poor quality, over priced, you order at the bar, grubby, understaffed, frying oil needs to be changed… Sad to say I’ve seen so many people complain I’m surprised they are still going. The only reason we are here is for the benefit of 2 elderly (90’s) people, otherwise we would definitely not keep going, they have dementia!

Came here for mother's day. Very few staff to serve the high density of customers. Staff behind the bar were doing multiple jobs at once so we were queueing up for a while. Employee behind the carvery was quite rude. There were children running round and throwing paper around the dining area, not the staffs fault only poor parenting but they still should've told them to stop. Apart from that, the food was good and for the lack of staff the service wasn't awful.

We went for Breakfast with the Family. The customer service and smiles we received was unbelievably friendly.Always served with a smile and nothing was too much hassle.The ladies Natalie & Lilly did an outstanding job. ?Well done guys!

Horrendous!!!!Please Google, can we have a 'Zero star' option ?There was 'building works' (drilling & hammering) still going on after 11 pm. Fed up with not being able to call reception, I left my room to go and complain about the noise. The guy on reception was aware there was some work going on, and he would "see what he could do"I was then woken up at 5:30 am. with music playing ?Avoid this Premier Inn like the plague!!!

Booked up for a carvery at 5.30.When we sat down, there was only gammon and a handful of vegetables, which didn't look very good.We just walked out.Definitely won't be going back or recommend.We lucky got a table at a nearby place hillside Inn.And boy am I glad we did .Now that's a place I will be recommendingParking: It's a carpark

Booked for a Sunday roast carvery and when we got there we were told nothing left , it never said as nothing on the website that it stopped at a certain time so we got up and walked out

Very very disappointing . I booked for six family members who met for a breakfast birthday . It was central to everyone. We booked for 9.15am.All I can say is that none of us had breakfast together .We knew it was self service , however everyone of us had to wait for food to be brought out.The vegetarian option is poor .I wanted the continental breakfast and that was dreadful . Every Time I went up nothing had been replenished .Seriously . None of us ate together . We spent time at the counters , waiting for bread , waiting for toaster , waiting for food to be replenished etc.When it was replenished it was not enough and we had to wait again .Two members of staff were pleasant and we're doing their best. However whoever was on the kitchen was not cooking enough .Please don't think we are huge eaters as we are not . But just to have a basic breakfast was all we asked.!!The breakfast was advertised as all you can eat !!!! We couldn't even get a simple breakfast.So disappointed as it was about us meeting for a Birthday. It was the time we needed and we did know it was a budget breakfast. However even a budget breakfast should allow for us all to sit together.The place was busy , however surely that means you need to cook more.Unfortunately we will not be returning .Vegetarian options: Very limited . Ok ish
