My closest Greggs live just round the corner.\\nWas served by a very friendly and funny young black gentleman called Paul - went in for my usual vegan sausage rolls (my favourite!!) Ordered 2 as I always do and he informed that if I took a third I'd get an extra one for free!!\\n\\nVery glad he told me that this deal existed of the 4 for the price of 3 as these are my favourite baked treat so very happy with service and appreciative of his great customer service! :)

Food wasn't exactly hot but the service was great.
Some 20 mins to be served due to the que at 8.30 am, only 2 staff doing all duties. There employer obviously does not care about staff welfare or the customer service. Due to my job I use various greggs and the others have at least 4 staff members in the mornings

Cold food. My veggie slice had uncooked vegetables in it. Zero customer service. Told to go use the microwave in Costa. Terrible terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE!!
