I’ve been @ the caffe Giardino 3 to 4 days ago, had a breakfeast my partner had a poached egg. We sit down next to the place we’re they prepare the food in the 1st stool. What I saw was appalling. The breakfast was made in the paninis toasters and the poached eggs by microwave.Until they’re all good… after while I was sitting down and a couple of musslin they dont eat pork and chicken just halal They asked to the gentlemen in the sandwich area if the chicken was halal and if they would do their order separated. We reply yes no worries. After they moved on we commented to a lady with a very broken English 35 to 40 yo kinda big with tattoos saying: these rug heads, if they think I’m gonna do anything different they’re mistaken. And he took the bacon and fried their eggs on the bacon grease from my breakfast and did not even clean with a napkin the excess fat or cleaned the panini toaster.After seeing this is asked for which company run Giardino and his reply was. If if complaining that you’re after you may go to the Italian Kitchen and complain with the manager. Got down stairs by previous Debenhams found the restaurant in question. Came in ordered a late and an expresso. The expresso was washed potatoes water and the late was horrible.Did not even bother in asking for the manager as it appear to be a young lad 30 tops curly short hair but as he did our coffee I gave up.Horrible… not returning to Giardino after what I saw and will wait a couple of weeks to return to Italian Kitchen. It has been more than a year that I have been to Italian Kitchen and they had a good team. For what I understood for the week that I worked in Crawley a Portuguese chap polite experienced was serving and a lady with black long hair was doing the sandwiches. Just the interaction with those two was a motive to come back as I saw for the week I was there they were the life and soul of the business. Now it’s just depressing. Above all as any business, have to cater for all and respect people believe traditions culture and food requirements, not taking bad from costumers when they turn they back.Do not recommend.It crosses me even more upon questioning the staff from Costa right in frond that I guy is Eastern European.A imigrantes just like the people we called “rug heads” just because of a burka that the lady was wearing.RegardsSue Stringer

Had a jacket potato with a tuna mayonnaise topping. The tuna was tasteless and the side garnish could have done with a little more imagination, just two lettuce leaves! You only need to add a couple of bits of sliced red onion, a couple of slices of cucumber and tomato to make it more appealing. You could also make up some tuna crunch by adding some very finely chopped red onion, peppers and a little bit of sweetcorn, not difficult but far tastier. Really disappointed

Nice big cafe bar. Staff a bit dense. Stand around staring into space when there's tables to clear. Take food orders to wrong tables. I'd clearly eaten, but tried to bring two more meals to my table and had to point ? to who was waiting for their food. Felt like I was running the place at one point. Took an order from me for coffee and paid and then they just didn't bother making it. They were surprised when I went back to the counter and said "Can I have my coffee"..

Once again I had the amazing pepperoni pizza. Absolutely delicious! Really nice relaxed place to eat, great food and a really lovely and friendly team. Great place for lunch.

The food is reasonable and well presented except the awful sausages that are totally bland. For a few pence more, good tasty sausages could be used and this would ensure repeat visits from me. Unfortunately because of the sausages, I won't be returning.

Came here for breakfast today for the first time and the whole experience was brilliant. We were seated straight away and it was nice, clean and warm. The staff are polite, friendly and welcoming. We ordered our breakfast along with our drinks which turned up on our table after only a couple of minutes swiftly followed by our food which was also amazing (best piece of toast in Crawley). Excellent service if I could give more stars then I would've will definitely be returning but next time for lunch. Thank you.

Went today for lunch with my wife, I always snobbed it as not big fan of shopping centres "Italian" restaurant but I was extremely impressed. The pizza is the closest to an Italian pizza I tasted in a long time, the mains calamari were really tasty and fresh... Also the garlic bread with cheese was dreamy... All an all 6 stars!!!Parking: Located inside the shopping mall so plenty of spaces available
Delicious breakfast and excellent customer service. My children rated it as their favourite and want to try out their lunch menu next time. Happy children, happy mum.Kid-friendliness: My children wanted a bowl of chips each with their breakfast. They went out of their way and provided us with this even though it is not part of their breakfast menu.Parking: The restaurant is situated in the mall and it has a multistorey carpark above it.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchair access, pushchairs and buggies.

I meant to type this review in January and completely forgot. I wanted to say that for anyone who loves carrot cake you need to try here. I had the gluten free one because I have an health issue but OMG it was the best I have ever tasted anywhere. Try it, you won't be disappointed. We were in between meals so just stopped off for coffee & cake. We WILL be back!!

Chicken Milanese with mushroom sauce, chips and mixed salad was delicious. Staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Will definitely go back when in the area.

We went to Italian Kitchen in County Mall Crawley for lunch on Saturday 28 Jan. We ordered food at 14:15 and it arrived a little after 15:00! The food was really bad - the pizza and pasta were absolutely cold and the chicken tasted stale. Never going there again and would not recommend.
