My sweet and sour chicken is weirdly tough and hard to chew. It’s in a sauce but maybe the chicken was dehydrated, microwaved or left out too long? Also the sauce is too sweet. Not enjoying it at all.

Really tasty food and huge portions too. Very comfortable seating and aircon made it easy choice to eat in. Will come often for lunch.
Unfortunately, the waitress had a very bad attitude and couldn't taste Korean style. The fried chicken was particularly hard, with a sweet sour ratio. Sometimes it was particularly sweet, sometimes it was very sour, all of it was crushed, and the taste was extremely poor. Perhaps the staff were not Korean, right

Never failed to serve a delicious food.. dine in and take away service can be described superb. Neptune shows excellent customer service. Service is fast and efficient. Only thing is I hope they refurb the branch to be more cozy I think it will be a game changer .

A go to place for lunch . Rice with Katsu curry is the best. They are very Generous on the chicken portion you can get. If you're craving a spicy chicken, this is the place for you.

Incomplete Oder delivered. Tried to rectify with the Restaraunt over the phone and kept promising replacement orders , they never arrived. Phone calls not always answers and even had a lady trying to convince me she didn’t speak English and that I was calling the wrong number ! Very real and honest reasons to stay away !!!
