Woefully managed. Painfully slow, staff working their hardest but seemed to be awfully directed leading to a huge backlog in orders and people waiting 25 minutes. McDonald’s need to fire the manager here and get someone competent in.

What an absolute joke this branch of McDonald is. Thought I would treat my children to a takeaway meal after being so well behaved shopping in Asda. I’d finished my shopping half hour before my 2hour parking limit so thought being a fast food restaurant this would give me plenty of time. How wrong was I. I’ve seen more organisation in a primary school classroom. Staff were slow, no sense of priority with customers waiting for their orders. Deliveries being packed up and set aside before orders placed in front of them. I was left waiting so long, my daughter then needed the toilet. I asked twice how long I would have to wait and was debating asking for a refund but thought my children had waited long enough and would be upset. The staff member I spoke to couldn’t be less bothered if he tried. I also brought up the fact the pre order machine hadn’t given me a receipt and he said I should have told a member of staff which is laughable because the staff present didn’t appear to have a handle on the situation. Complete and utter shambles. I got my food over half hour later meaning I’ll now probably get a fine from the car parking site and the food was lukewarm. Avoid this place and go to another McDonald’s.

These place has the check to charge for dips, it does not say this when you order so you have the pay after that if you want any apart from the check of charging for dips you then have to find change, but is this a new thing to charge for dips ? Never had this before,
