First time at this branch. Burgers cold which spoiled the experience. Chips and nuggets were hot however. Branch clean and well presented. Staff pleasant. No receipt given at self order point. Male toilet was not at all fragrant and scruffy.

Always a wait and staff who seem to utterly hate their jobs!Edit - five years later things haven't got better! The staff are kids who are more interested in chatting than doing their jobs with absolutely no visible signs of management. This has to be a franchise!

It is McDonalds what can you say. I’m not a fan of the games and screens as it gets in the way of a bit of family time.Experience was let down by some load kids playing music and drinking alcohol. One of the staff did her best to keep them quiet but they had no respect for anyone. A charming bunch!
