Hadn't had a McDonald's in ages and it was cold upon purchasing it.....Tried again the next day, guess what it was Luke warm this time ?Needless to say it's gonna be months before I try again.

It's too difficult for this place to put food in a bag that you order. I called the restaurant and got through to a manager. He couldn't tell me what the complaints procedure was and when told its not good that a manager doesn't know the complaints procedure he hung up on me. Why is it so hard to put food in a bag that you order?!

OK value for what it is, but Cold food, unprofessional unfocused staff, can't even make up an order and check it's all there 1-2-3 items, kids of today and McDonald's staff need math's and attention span lessons, overpaid uneducated low skilled nobody's McDonald's seems to employ these days. Also this McDonald's is pretty much like a zoo with the loud, brash and chavvy customers that take up residence in here, OMG, in and out asap for me and anybody with an ounce of class.

Placed order through Uber Eats had missing items in delivered order.This is not the first time McDonald's getting orders wrong but it's getting more frequent.McDonald's you really get your staff's act together as your quality of service is dropping.

It’s a while since I’ve had a McDonald’s burger. Last time, I remember it being moist & flavoursome. This time, it’s dry and flavourless. The chips were like cardboard and the whole thing was cold. The Woke’s have got to it. Shame.
