I visited the store today for a Giant celebration cookie. I ordered the milk chocolate cookie with blue & white frosting. The service that Beata provided was very quick and efficient. She decorated the cookie exactly how I wanted it!

I went to Millie’s cookies to order a personalised cookie cake for Mother’s Day for my mum and when I requested one to be made due to the fact that they do this in store, the lady who was making the cookies refused to make it and made us take one that was one display she’s clearly too lazy to make it. I will never come here for anything again. Disgusting behaviour

I’m not familiar with Millie’s Cookies hence I didn’t realise it can be a 3 hour wait time from ordering. I was served by Beapa at the Crawley branch, a very efficient and friendly assistant. I was delighted and impressed she phoned me after only an hour to say a customer had been delayed so I could have their large round celebration cookie. Great service, thank you. Now I know to place an order prior to visiting the shop.
