I have never been so dissappointed in Pizza Hut. My parents ordered some pizza’s for my dad’s birthday and it took 2 HOURS to arrive! 2 HOURS! We ordered at 4:45pm and it arrived at 7:03pm! We tried to call the shop but no answer - we called 6 times. My domino’s pizza arrived quicker!

Me and my 2 friends popped in at the Pizza Hut Crawley Leisure park to celebrate one of my friend's birthday last April 2 .We didn't make it to the buffet because we arrived there quarter to 4. We made it to the table and was ready to order,then 1 staff approached us only to tell us that we need to go out and wait outside then we must talk first to the front desk personnel( i didn't see anyone though) before we can have the seats. I said we didn't know that we have to do that but she insisted that we must go out. We are new nurses in this country and we felt offended by the staff's words.I felt that it's rude.

Terrible service. Visited on a Tuesday when the restaurant is relatively empty, food took over an hour and half to reach our table and they didnt even bring out the correct food... We visited in a group of 4 adults and 4 children.... kids were not impressed ? Staff were also rude and not very helpful, seem as tho they didnt have and care or consideration for familys visiting... Totally unimpressed with PizzaHut... Will not be coming here again Guys avoid this dump

It was quite alright. Believe it or not but it was my first experience with pizza hut in my life. I did never dine in before. I am not a big fan of pizza so I was never keen on to try it. I tried other places and I think this one is decent. Your milage my vary.

Will not be a customer of this branch again. The pizza turned up burnt and cold and half the sides missing when ordered. Phoned the branch they had to speak to the manager on shift and didn't hear nothing back.They never got back to me. The night in question I phoned and they said they would send out my whole order again for me but I never recieved it had to then go and complain to customer care and all they offered was a £10 voucher. 4 sides missing and a burnt and cold pizza large stuff crust doesn't equal a £10 voucher. The branch refused to refund my whole order because of their mistake. Will definitely go to dominos next time. Please avoid this branch they take your money and never deliver the correct order and when you phone up about it they fob you off and never follows threw with their promises of refunding or sending the order out again. As a result of this I am now £40.95p out of pocket.
