Love a Pret A Manger, always a great selection of sandwiches, baguettes and wraps, location in The Martletts, my go to place for lunch, great coffee and I love there tuna salad baguette.

Food was expensive, but the staff are friendly & polite. Bowl of salad £5.50, but we thought, give it a go, treat ourselves, because you get what you pay for, however this was not the case. The salad had a little bit of tuna, one egg cut in half, about 4 slices of cucumber and x2 small tomatoes, the rest of the bowl was full of lettuce and in the end I could not carry on eating just lettuce. My partner had cheese and pickle roll, but he said the pickle was over powering and could not taste the cheese. The coffee was nice. We just felt the food was way too expensive for what it was. The cafe is clean and tidy and the staff are nice, it is just the cost of the food and what you get. We would not return for that reason alone.

Firstly, it's 5 stars for the staff. They are doing a tough job, on their feet for 8 hours dealing with the public on a miserable grey morning for a low wage - and the young lady serving us still provided service with a smile. The company itself I'm not impressed with - £5 for a cheese toastie that had spring onion despite not being on the ingredients, served in its bag with no plate and a £4 coffee in a takeaway cup despite eating in (I looked around, all the coffee was in paper cups). I'm not a regular customer to Pret so I guess this is how they do business but personally I would like a proper coffee cup if I'm sitting in. Pret is not for me, I think.

One of the best Pret a Mangers I've been to in UK. Great atmosphere, huge place, friendly staff, food is usually done well (unlike some other pret branches), great and varied seating areas with good seats (plenty of seats to work with laptop) and in general a very nice vibe.The only nitpick is that they close a bit early, but other than that I love this this branch.
