Pret coffee is absolutely vile, butter dishwater. They serve filter black coffee but charge like it's fresh out of the machine. Starbucks is just the other side of the Witherspoon's and they serve much better black Americano. Staff are not very friendly either!

My daughter and I went to Pret at the South terminal to buy some drinks and lunch for takeaway. We were served by a young, rather miserable, lady who doesn't bother to say ‘hello’ ‘please’ nor ‘thank you’. I even had to repeat the order as she didn't pay any attention to what I was saying. The last straw was when she pointed her finger at me without saying a word after the drinks were ready for collection. I was standing there close to the counter, that was definitely unnecessary! It appeared even another customer got appalled by that behaviour and made a comment. This kind of attitude is unacceptable! I was polite to her, and there was absolutely no reason to be treated like this. In some countries, pointing a finger at someone, especially if they are in close proximity to them, is considered rude! My 11-year-old daughter said how extremely rude that person was. You have spoilt my morning young lady, learn some manners!! This is to you Aazeen K at Pret in South terminal. Pret, customer service training is overdue.

A great place to go when you need to find a quick option for breakfast lunch or dinner before a flight, Pret a Manger Gatwick Airport covers all meals. They usually have a lot of options anyway but this Pret was really well stocked and had many different options. I was very happy with the prices and the quality of the food.

I am using LGW airport in regularly last 2 years and order strong Flat White. I noticed that strong Flat White is NOT strong as other places. I would say it taste like latte!! Yea, I am also aware these people who serving us are busy for whole shift but not excuses to add extra shot… it doesn’t take long

Foods alright for airport food and there are some healthy options. Prices are fine too. The Cappuccino is not a Cappuccino but some weak tasting coffee drowned in a quarter liter of milk. Good place for a snack to go though!

Honestly I’m not a fan of any of these types of places. Not knocking anyone but just too commercial for me. Seems like staff are quick to move you on and as it should be too, so I kind of avoid.But seriously. Aisha and Aymen working in the departure lounge at Gatwick, have shown me customer service skills I haven’t seen in a long time.Sincere, Curteous, Well mannered, Informative and Organised.Wish you both all the happiness and success in your futures.

Pret has number of counters which makes queues moving fast. I liked the wraps as they give the wrap preheated and taste is also quite good. Overall a good a nice and fast treat if you don’t have too much of time to board.
Spend 40 minutes queuing for a coffee. I understand that is busy, however these new guys don’t care about anything and they are moving/spinning around without sense. Lots of mistakes, there was a full chaos!! My strong espresso actually it’s a dirty water. Today I cancelled my subscription. Bye Pret!

Terribly crowded - Pret is soo good and popular that they clearly need more outlets at Gatwick.People with kids struggling to negotiate crowd etc. I felt v sorry for them.Don't even need to comment on food really, tasty healthy fast, catering to veggies and Vegs. Great pastry too.Coffee could be stronger for my taste - but that's just a personal thing.

I must confess, that it wasn't very appealing as many of the shelves were already empty, so I took mostly what was left... but it was SUPER TASTY.So I can recommend it and without a doubt I'll repeat.
