I ordered a big order for a family get together. 9 people to feed an Indian buffet to. We ordered and paid two days before. The whole experience from ordering through to delivery was exemplary. Food was excellent. Order was correct and on time. We will do this again sometime. Very very good service. Thank you.

I found the food mediocre compared with the Indian food I'm used to at my local restaurant in Ponteland, Northumberland. I had to ask 3 times for lime pickle. The pickle quantities were small for 2 people. The tandoori chicken is advertised on the menu as half a chicken not parts of a half chicken. The service was ok but did not warrant a service charge which I always refuse to pay on principle. I prefer to tip. I object to this form of extortion by restaurant owners. Needless to say I didn't pay it but gave my waiter a few quid. Perhaps if owners paid their staff above the minimum wage there would be no necessity to charge customers, who are struggling with the cost of living, service charges.

DREADFUL!!! Food turned up 45 minutes late and as a result was cold. Just to add to the disappointment I had to remove 5-6 tablespoons of grease that was sitting on the top of EVERY dish ?. Yep more that 25 TABLESPOONS OF GREASE REMOVED FROM THE TOP OF 5 TAKEAWAY TUBS OF FOOD! The response when I called?? We will take your phone number and give you a bit of a discount next time you order.

This is my first time trying "The Raj 2" in Crawley. I used to spend hundreds of pounds with Bengal Spices but they have terrible customer service (see my review of them).. so..I tried a new place and I was not disappointed.. also I used their app to order and that was seemless, easy to use and pay on and I was very impressed with the txt updates on when my order would be ready and delivered. The food is really good quality. I ordered 2 curry's recommend the chicken korma ..and the mixed grill which was def worth the money and cooked to perfection. The keema nans were excellent too. Honestly I'm so impressed. Order your Indian style food here.

Very Disappointed ordered £75 worth of food for a meal for my daughters 18th birthday meal.When ordering the guy on the phone was very rushed kept telling me to wait then speaking to someone else.When the order arrive we was missing a main course and a rice called straight away and spoke to someone else not the person that took my order.He didn’t believe that the order was in correct after going through the items we had a extra portion of tikka chicken he said “so do you still want me to send the missing items which I said yes .. he then said he wants the incorrect item back which I said I had opened so why would he want it back surely your not going to serve that to someone else ? He said he need to justify sending me the missing rice and the tikka curry .. i said he could have it back as it’s not what we ordered but that is disgusting that you would send food to someone’s house then ask for it back then serve it to someone else that orders later on … will not order form then again ruined our meal all the other food went cold whilst we waiting for almost 30 mins for the other items to arrive and the guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional have been ordering food from the for 10 years will now find another curry takeaway To use.

Not sure what happened… raw potato and a watery sauce that arrived cold… I’m guessing cooked straight from the freezer. Normally good food but seriously this was awful and ended up in the bin. Ordered via Uber eats but unable to review on there.

Objective review: turned up 25 mins late, despite ordering in advance with selected delivery time. However, food was tasty, Korma really nice, rice lovely and keema naan good but dhansak was not a dhansak, just a veg curry basically no lentils and no spice at all, should be hot and sour. So 2 stars deducted for dhansak and delivery, but was tasty and fresh.Vegetarian options: Veg dhanksak wasn't a dhansak
