Rip off £16.50 for a shark burger and chips.Burger isn't massive. Small pot of tomatoe sauce and mayo. Which isn't enough for the size of the portion of chips.They don't come and ask you if you are happy with your meal or they can get you anything. Place isn't busy at 19:00 Saturday can see why.When you go to pay they add on a service charge which isn't mentioned so £18.56 for burger chips and a glass of tap water.Expensive rip off. Won't use this restaurant again left still hungry!

Breakfast. Cold, dried up fried eggs... and that is the good bit! This restaurant is in a lovely hotel "Sandman Signature" at Gatwick. We picked the hotel as it was dog friendly... the restaurant was not though! Rude greeter "Chris" said we don't allow dogs for allagen and sanitary reasons. He added "dogs are not clean animals" whilst he was saying this, I looked over as a screaming brat through its food all over the table, chairs and floor. He was dismissive and looked down his nose at me. I complained to the hotel, and told me there was nothing they could do.

Outstanding service. Food was solid and substantial for our overnight stay before our flight from Gatwick. Special mention goes to Jade who was probably one of the most helpful people I’ve come across and really went above and beyond. She made sure we were looked after and ensured our baby daughter had everything she needed. That level of customer service was exemplary and well worth the tip we gave!

Terrible place..hotel is great, staff are great but this shark club is absolutely diabolical. OK if you want to eat meat meat meat. No veggie, fish or gf options so we had to go to wagamamas in Crawley to eat!

Mediocre sports bar with decent food and beer, service was very lacking. Regular bar experience as you'd expect, find a seat, go to the bar and order (although no table numbers which is a little concerning if it was busier!) Good choice on tap, including Molson Canadian! Beer was cold and tested as expected. Food tasted good, we ordered nachos, wings, side of chips and a side caesar salad. Although we were left waiting 15 minutes after our nachos and wings came out for the salad and chips to arrive, even after prompting them! Nevertheless, food tasted very good and was hot! My only issue is that according to their website and menu there are 3 flavours for the wings that are immediately obvious, but their Instagram claim 7?! Service was very odd, got to the bar to order, 2 staff at the bar, although busy, didn't acknowledge or even look as if they cared I was left waiting. Maybe I'm just being harsh! When the food came for me and my partner, we were given one plate and 1 set of cutlery? Is everyone losing their senses? I'm not sure.. As a sports bar... Well...They have pub TV and they had 1 game on, Sheffield United on sky, that particular night champions league is on BT. They do not have BT sport!! For a self proclaimed sports bar is shocking!! I wouldn't be rushing back for the experience, but the wings were pretty good so if they decided to look deeper into their wallet and pay for BT I'd go back happily.

We had a stop off before flying out. Although there was plenty of staff, I counted at least 7, the wait time at the bar was ridiculous. Even though there was one person ahead of me there was absolutely no effort to even acknowledge I was there. The food came pretty quick except 1 meal. I waited 20mins after everyone else. The onion rings were cold, sent them back and they were returned still cold- same ones. Not bothered to replace them. I asked where my sauces were and they went to get them but never returned. Extremely disappointing start to our holiday. Poor service and ignorant staff.

Great wings, atmosphere and very convenient if you’re staying in the hotel. I thought the food would be to great before having it on the last night of our trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was. I will be eating here again on our next stay.

We were hotel guests for a two night stay whilst visiting Goodwood. We ended up eating in the restaurant for dinner twice. Menu is fairly small, but they do it right. (Although I feel it may need a couple more vegetarian options, as this was limited.) buffalo chicken tenders were fab, as was the cheeseburger. I’m always worried that burgers are going to be a bit boring, and I’m one of those people who like it a bit pink. This didn’t disappoint. Juicy, pink beef burger. Nice fries and the burger (lettuce, toms and pickle etc) filling was fresh. Staff friendly and service was quick. The main dining area was reserved for private dining for an airline company, but they were happy for us to sit in the areas they were not using as the bar area was rammed. I’m writing this ahead of breakfast, which I’m sure will be wonderful
We went for a Friday dinner and I need to say that the service is amazing and food blow my mind.The general manager is so profecional and make us feel very welcome. The staff are assets to the team.I will be back without a doubt and I recomend to anyone that want to dine in a really nice environment.

This was our first visit to Shark Club - the staff were welcoming and friendly. The bar was organised well for social distancing making us feel safe. Although the food choice was limited due to Covid, the food was tasty and hot, very nice. The service was ok, the drinks service was alittle slow at times but overall we had a good experience - our visit was enjoyable, there was a nice atmosphere, we will return and I would recommend this to friends and family.

I've been to my share of clubs and this one with the sharks was incredible, but the one thing that blew my mind is Morgan Say his name again It's Morgan - Star Child activist Straight shooter waterslide of mystical ways these are the words we have come to associate when we think of Morgan He knows where he's at and what he's up to He knows where he's been and how he got away from there to be here today at the sharks club He's always ready to stand up and fight for his country They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Just you try and say that to Morgan. Watch what will happen. If he needed to come in to my house to wash some muck off his hands that would actually be fine I trust him like that

Tried this restaurant with friends for the first time, I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is nice, it’s well decorated. I had the Veggie rice bowl, just perfect! Thanks to Stacie the Manager and Sophie for making our time so great!
