Got my order wrong, again… I always clearly specify what my order is, yet this is the 3rd time they have gotten it wrong? It’s so frustrating, especially when I’m in a hurry, and the baristas always look as if I’m an inconvenience when I point out the order is incorrect. It’s quite off putting :/

Terrible. Been here a few times and the service is awful. Today especially. The tables are also always filthy even when the place is empty and there are three staff members behind the counter, doing nothing. The only thing that brings me back is the quality of coffee. Still think Starbucks should do something to improve the situation or Cineworld should let the space out to a better run company.

Bacon roll was ok, had to wait 10 minutes for it though! The peach tea was awful as it tasted more like mint tea than peach! Waste of money!

I did not go inside. My partner said about his experience. Was a friendly worker that was helpful and nice. Enjoyed my drink too, some baristas can’t get a matcha drink right, this person did.

Queued for ages to be served, and then found out couldn't use the app as is a franchise. Wrong drink was called out so waited only to be told our drink was on the counter. Then was unable to drink it as it has real cream on it rather than vegan cream as requested.Was not given a receipt so have no way of getting my money back.Awful place!

It's a Starbucks so I thought until I tried to use my free drinks I had on my card and was told this Starbucks didn't honour the Starbucks point system which was annoying as it was a Starbucks and the first one in which my card was refused.

Absolutely disgusted by the person on the tills today! Served 3 people before myself and completely ignored me; then when I pulled her up about it, decided to give me attitude and be rude. Like; Why do a job like that if you can give basic customer service… didn’t even bother ordering what I wanted!
Using dirty clothes to wipe the cups. Busy gossiping loudly and treating customers like an inconvenience. When you ask for something, I'm sorry to say they struggle to understand. I had to physically get it myself because the barrister struggled to understand what a cup holder was. The service was good in 2022. Its really gone down hill. The new staff are not professional enough. Service is about being clean and treating customers well. I didn't see that at all.

Service is slow. The staff are more concerned with speaking amongst themselves then making the coffee. The establishment is well staffed however the staff are incompetent and slow. The waiting time for Coffee is far too long, by far the worst Starbucks service that I have ever had. It doesn't take 30 minutes to make a latte.

Went here on the 7th and was absolutely chocked. I’ve been working for Starbucks for 2 years as a barista and supervisor and never seen anything like this. The barista doing the beverages did not clean the milk jugs twice and used the bar towel that we use to clean the steamer to clean the machine and proceed to use it as a normal steam cleaner. Disgusting. The beverage quality was not up to standards Customer service was not the best. Really sad to see that some partners don’t take their job seriously
