Giving two stars for the amount of dogs allowed inside food and drink establishments.While I like pets, seeing them pant over tables, bark at other dogs and sitting their exposed behinds on sofa style fabric seats humans then sit on and then consume food in the same spot, not wiped down is unhygienic and gross.

Rude staff. Clara was very rude to me. While buying a latte, I was checking out the colour changing cup and reading the description. She asked if I want it. I said no and she said “then just put it back”. Extremely rude staff.

Got my order wrong, again… I always clearly specify what my order is, yet this is the 3rd time they have gotten it wrong? It’s so frustrating, especially when I’m in a hurry, and the baristas always look as if I’m an inconvenience when I point out the order is incorrect. It’s quite off putting :/

Shambolic mess with children literally screaming at the tops of their voices and babies nappotes being changed on tbe food tables Not as it should be but the staff must find it hard to cope with too There are a surfeit of babies and youngsters with very young single mothers in Crawley This seems to be the meeting

Nothing new. Starbucks is only selling coffee. No new snacks or sandwiches.This store the air is moist and not very comfortable. Its bit tired and dirty.

Stopped by this Starbucks after my holiday and fair to say it was an amazing way to end the holiday. Served by a lovely lady called caitlin who made the whole experience very personal who was very warm and friendly. Didn’t catch the name of the man who made the drink but it was very good- perfect temperature and full tasting coffee. Would defo recommend.
