Ordered with Subway and had a missing cookie, drink and crisps that I was charged for. Called them and they said we could go and collect it… if we wanted to do that we wouldn’t have ordered a delivery. Shocking service. Took about 30 calls to actually to get through to them.

Normally get very good service when i visit almost every week day morning. Would normally give a rating of 4, maybe 5. But at 07.35 on 12/12/23 I was told by a member of staff who I have not seen before that this subway was not open, despite the lights being on and opening time on door stating the branch opens at 07.00. There was a delivery at the time. The sandwich artists in the past always continue serving during deliveries, as the drivers know where to put the various items. The on this morning the driver looked very surprised by this refusal of service.

Was missing all three drinks, asked thedriver and he was not given any drinks. Healso asked the restaurant before leaving ifthere were drinks, which they respondedno. Yet on the receipt it clearly stats 3drinks.We also were missing two sides from twoof the meals, one sub was mostly sauce nomeatball.Will not order again.

Terrible place to eat. Staff don't know how to make a decent sandwich, piling the meat and salad in the middle of the bread. Very disappointed!!!

DON’T use the app!!! Even though I select the branch I want to collect it from it sends it to the location closest to my home address (I.T. Doing it’s job well as usual)!!! So you turn up the branch you selected and it’s not there. They apologised but won’t make your order you have to go to the branch it’s at. Obviously it’s paid for already so no choice but to drive 10 miles to the wrong branch. Now I’m sitting here eating what’s meant to be a toasted roll but it’s like eating a wet sponge. Mmmmm, NOT. Waste of £30. Never again SH1TWAY
