This subway has lost its reputation, the lady behind counter didn’t speak English it was very hard to make her understand and also she didn’t cut my sandwich into two pieces, and so much sauce on there dripping

Terrible service from a woman named Aman, very inattentive. Other locations are much better, ensure correct portions and actually pay attention to what you’re saying. Not going back here.

Attended this subway with a Bluelight discount card which is valid and approved by subway usually resulting in a 20% discount. Lady behind the till who was on her own didn’t know what she was doing, pretended she did the discount despite it being obvious she hadn’t due to the total of the price. Once I got the receipt I asked her about where the discount was and she stood by the fact she did it despite clearly not. Disappointing customer service.
