the place is so run down it deffo needs a refurbishment. the manager was a horrible man, he was very pushy and forceful with a lot of his words. i’m not sure of the woman’s name however i found her shouting at a customer because he wasn’t quick enough to pay. everyone else seemed lovly. the food was okay however it took too long to come out i was waiting for about 30 minutes. overall, im not the biggest fan of the place and won’t be returning.

Been here a few times but it’s never been this bad. Slow service, having to send food back. They seemed understaffed so maybe that was the issue. Not the best experience and we’ve been in Wetherspoons all over the country.

Love this place I call it the forgotten wetherspoons as its not had a refurbishment for years. But its still one of my favourites. A good drinkers pub with excellent food.

Staff very friendly and service of a good standard. Food was typical of any Wetherspoon pub. Not a fan of subtitles on a news channel and do not wish to listen to other people's

Popped in one evening with a couple of friends for a catch up and a bite to eat. It wasn't very busy and the atmosphere was quite relaxed. The staff were good and the food was pretty tasty.

One of the more pocket friendly wetherspoons locations. Excellent staff who actually take care of you and won't serve you if you've had one too many pints. Relatively fast service and typical wetherspoons food but cooked better than many other outlets!

Terrible service, they don’t like people drinking and enjoying themselves. If your not a alcoholic regular you would be disregarded they sit in there for 10 hours and get this VIP style service. They come up to us and say you can’t order anymore drinks for doing nothing wrong?!?

How can they just leave one lovely girl to just do everything on the bar and run drinks to tables all by her self! Felt so sorry for her having to do everything with no help and having to put all the glasses away whilst trying to juggle everything else…where’s the staff?!?! Whilst another women assuming the manager just walks off and disappears I visited here on the 1st January 2024

Its a weatherspoons so super cheap value. But so many flies for mid December so I guess it needs a deep clean. I counted 20+ from where I was sitting.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is tough but plenty of space inside and a ground floor disabled toilet with key lock.

As most spoons pubs cheap and decent food.( for the price)... which they could cook a runny egg instead of ot being solid).
