Went in to order a lamb donner with salad and chilli sauce and then a Donner meat and chips with burger sauce. What I got was a lamb donner chips and salad in the same box with chilli sauce on the chips and burger sauce on the meat. Then said it was wrong they remade it this time still wrong both had chips and salad and then one had burger sauce and the other chilli sauce. Didn't realise it was so hard to understand what I wanted to order all of which is on their menu. I explained, it must of been about 20 times and still very wrong. Food was awful and soggy salad was hard and not enough to feed a hamster. Chips looked like they had been soaked in water with no taste at all and the meat was awful. Worst kebab and service I have ever received would never go back there, and if you value your money at all you wouldn't go here either even as a last option I'd rather go to bed hungry. Both kebabs went straight in the bin.

Great kebabs never had a problem as I just have it plain but each time I order an XL Donner kebab they send a small I’m fed up of paying £8.95 plus £3 delivery for a small ???

Never again!!!!!! . Missing items. When asked about the missing items. I was verbal abused down the phone. No refund. And was told I would have to come and collect the missing items.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Missing orders, rude staff. Food was highly salty, bland and some were cold. Avoid this at all costs. I have no problem paying for food as long as it is good. This was not good. Even peasants from the year 1567 would turn their nose up as this. Mainly because of the customer service - and they get their head chopped off for making a mistake, and to be honest I’d rather that than order from here again.

When phoned up for a refund they had the nerve to tell us that we had to collect the rest of the order ourselves if we wanted it and they would not issue a refund. I wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Worst costumer service I have ever come across. Don’t waste your money

The chips were undercooked and was half frozen. I asked for a chicken tikka wrap with no burger sauce as I have allergies and they delivered it with burger sauce. I then called and asked for a new wrap to be delivered. They then said they would re deliverd it twice. The food is rushed and not so tasty. I am very dissapointed they didn’t even offer a refund. I would not deliver from here again…

Worst customer service ever. Hang up on peoples face while trying to find solutions for their mistakes for giving random people my order. Switched off their phone after 5 minutes. Never expected that uber eats will be associated with this kind of business. And they have the audacity to shout at you and no apologies given for their mistakes.
