Love the pizza. But no cash accepted. That’s the last time I use them. I boycott any company that won’t accept cash. Say no to digital currency!

Warning do not use Domino's pizza East Grinstead as Domino's have been giving out card information to other Domino's and setting up iPhone payments which in the last three days three authorised payments have been made and the bank have confirmed it was done by Domino's East Grinstead so if your going to go there it's best to pay in cash as the fraud team are now investigating as this isn't the first time that it has happened as it's also happened to other HSBC customers so be careful so if you have used them within the last month it's best to check your bank statements and get in contact with HSBC or you bank.

Absolutely shocking, food turned up cold and boxes squashed, sauce had run over sides of box and all over dips, bacon under cooked as well,seriously not impressed by this as we had spent a lot of money ?

Ordered pizza 2 hours ago said it was out for delivery and then said it had been delivered. After waiting for 2 hours and in the mean time actually going up the store to ask where it is I go back home and it turned up. Pizza, chicken wings and garlic dipper bread was all cold. Never had problem before but for some reason they have gone down hill and I wont be using them again. Staff where not that happy to help and didn't really seemed bothered about the service they have given

Ordered 2 pizzas. One for us one for grandchildren. Both pizzas were burnt to a crisp. They were smothered in bbq sauce. Wanted it as a dip not all over pizzas. No one could eat them total waste of money.

First time of using here.1st staff member was a little gruff, they don't take cash, need to order online for discounts ! 2nd staff member was more accommodating (probably got in trouble for it).Pizza's were quite goodParking: Parking is a bit difficult.There is a carpark opposite, but it is very busy/full.

Ordered a meal today that has taken nearly 1.5 hours to arrive and it had been out for delivery for at least 45 minutes - hot it is not. And to top it all off they charge £2.50 delivery. Even had to call to chase it up and the guy I spoke with at the store had no idea when it would arrive but said it would be in 5 minutes. The website said it was out for delivery and then indicated it had been delivered when it had not. Pizza’s were lukewarm and I had to reheat. Not going to use them again - will go with something more local in future.
The food taste good but the delivery is a nightmare wait times to long there is such compatition in EG all pizza places need to be on there A game

Awful. App stated out for delivery for 40 mins. We only live 5 mins from store.Spoke to store and they claimed driver would be with me in 2 mins, which was nonsense. How could they know?We were then asked via email if we wanted to tip the driver - 10 mins before he arrived….Predictably, pizzas were cold, soggy and inedible after being driven around EG for 30 mins. Hadn’t even been sliced.Avoid. Won’t be ordering again. Only awarding one star as unable to leave feedback if I don’t.Rip off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! They will take your money, not deliver the food, mark it as delivered and then not answer the phone. Then there is absolutely nothing you can do to get your food or money back. I wish I’d read the other reviews before I spent £50 I can’t get back tonight to order another dinner

They couldn’t care less. I know it’s fast food but they try and make it faster than they can deliver. Pizzas are always cut where they’re literally one inch from one side, not even close to through the middle. Garlic pizza breads are usually 1/4 slice cheese the rest is just dough. We’re talking one more second sprinkling the cheese and one more second to just cut a little more decent. That’s the food then there’s the fact they mark on the app it’s delivered when it’s not and don’t answer their phone.
