Messed up my order. Missed items. When I raised with the store the man was incredibly rude and said they never make any mistakes and I was mistaken. I was advised by a friend not to use these people and I can see why I was given this advice. A shame because when they get the order correct the food is good. But the service is awful and I can’t order and be worrying about missing items. Also poor English leads to what may be unintended rudeness. For example I gave my surname when he asked for my name. He said your name is ‘used forename’ and accused me of lying about my name and had the audacity to tell me the name I had given wasn’t my name. No apology for mess up, accused me of not requesting the missing items. I order the same things every time I used to use them. I shall use them no more. Rude person driving down the business.

I’m very outraged by the food, the pita bread is dry in the Wrap, the kebab is very small for Large, the Wrap is very small, I don’t recommend this placeThe onions in the salad weren’t cut. They threw them in big chunks, it’s just awful ??

The food we ordered was superb. Will definitely be back. We all thoroughly enjoyed our kebabs, burger and chips. Lovely portion sizes too.

This is the worse charcoal ever I recommend no one to buy it won't stay lit and doesn't burn at all big waste of money
Kebab meat was nice, but they re fried the cold chips , not very good, very hard and crispy.

Order £50 worth of food, arrives cold as delivery driver stops in petrol station to fill his car up for 10mins en route. Kebabs have no salad, just chicken and bread, chips are like cardboard. Second time the food has been this poor. Won’t be ordering again.

It is already the second time that I feel bad. About 2 months ago I ordered a burger and fries and they arrived after 1h30m all cold, I didn't eat dinner because I threw everything away. Today I ordered 2 kebabs and they arrived luke warm, inedible. Lamb when cold is awful. I think I will not order again.
