I’ve been putting off reviewing this Greggs in hopes that something might change and it was just one or two bad experiences but alas, for the millionth time I have had to walk out of this store empty handed. Serious staffing issues here. They couldn’t care less how many people are waiting in line, slowly walk about putting bits in the oven, ignore customers to go to the back to replenish trays which is fine but never acknowledge the growing queue or people standing waiting, just silently go about their own business. When service happens it is slow, again, regardless of how many people are waiting to be served. Front display is mostly empty and what is left is usually cold and in the wrong place, not matching up with the description or prices. Not uncommon to wait in the store watching staff chat amongst themselves whilst being ignored. I can’t understand how a service based business can employ staff with no regard for customers or service? Never again.

East grinstead gregg is rubbish. Dirty and one on till at lunch time, que out door. Hardy any sandwiches . Always out of sausage roll , then they put some in oven.Sort it out .

They were unable to fulfil my order for two vegan baguettes. This was disappointing as it was lunchtime but vegan sausage rolls were given in compensation so not a total loss.

Who doesn't like a Gregg's. This one same as all the others except it firstly shuts early on a Saturday and doesn't open on a Sunday. In a reasonably busy town.Just don't get that at all

Its a Greggs, not sure theres much more to say than that, staff seem friendly enough, but not big enough for an in store seating area, useful if your around town and hunger is burming a hole in your stomach
The manager is so bloody rude gave me the wrong order when i dont eat pork and didn’t say sorry!

Most of the biggettes had sold out

This is my first option when I am in a hurry. Besides I really love the mini yum Yums. The sandwichs are nice, I had like everyone that had tried. The service is good! You can't site in the the one of the East Grinstead
