The floor was a mess the tables weren’t clean and had to clean them out selves. service was slow and the machine never gave us a receipt. Krushem machine was their but not on the menu but staff are too lazy to turn the machine on like McDonald’s.

Tasteless chicken in a 1mm thick bun served with soggy chips while local kids use the place to charge their electric Scooters. We were going to dine in but it was freezing inside and the scooter kids opened the door every time someone closed it. Ended up eating some in the car before binning the rest.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 2 meals for me and my brother. Two meals that werent the same at all, and part of my meal came on his instead of mine. First issue was that his meal was about the size you would give a toddler. Second issue was, the store opened at 11, got pur food at 11:30 and it was cold. The third issue was that part of my meal was on his. I respectfully went up and complained, I was nice about it and they started raising their voice at me, which was when I started raising my voice. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, very disrespectful, and they stared at us the entire time we ate. Absolutely disgusting. They should hire staff who actually care and want the job. It was 11 am and they literally just didn't want to be there. I don't like mcdonalds but it would have been much better than the cold meal I had in KFC. The next issue was, the cold drinks were actually warmer than the meal. The gravy was also still hot even after I finished my cold meal. £32.90 for food that wasn't even remotely good

Ordered through their app. Order wasn’t ready. Staff when asked about order were rude. When we got the food back to where we were staying it was missing over £10 of food. Rang the restaurant (line quality was terrible) refund was refused for missing food and told unless we were willing to go back and collect the food they wouldn’t do anything. Terrible service.

Ordered my food from this shop three hours ago. Delivered by KFC Deliveroo just now. The management at the shop were rude as was Deliveroo helpline. Who told me they can compensate me with£4. My order was £18.96. There are missing items too. Never order takeaways from this shop. The food is very cold and ruined. They have the audacity to send it with missing side orders too.

I wish I could give minus stars! The chicken pieces were more like sparrows, despite the store opening at 11, the food was cold when received at 11.30, the staff were beyond rude and stared at us the whole time until we left, very intimidating!
